Chapter 1
“Why can’t we have that embarrassing moment?!” The twin fairy pixie hybrids, Haven and Alec, yelled. Jade, their pixie mother giggled. They were talking to the protectors and their girlfriends, Wonder and Faith. Wonder is the protector of Fairies like her Mother and Father by blood, Alfred and Amelia F. Jones. She’s Alec’s girlfriend.
Faith, on the other hand, was the blood related daughter of Allen and Emily F. Jones. Wonder’s 2p and a pixie protector. They all smiled as they talked by the book case as they waited for Jade and Adam, the twins’ fairy father, to finish cooking dinner.
“Oh I forgot to thank you Mister and Miss Small for inviting Faith and I for dinner. Thanks.” She smiled then turned back to talk to the boys.
“She’s so sweet. Kinda like our human friends.” she kissed Adam’s cheek just to tease him.
“Sweetie~” He hid in her shoulder, “You’re being unfair~ they’re both very good to the boys too I’m glad they found two sweet girls to date. ”
Jade giggled, “Speaking of our human friends where are they? I know they have one kid but seriously. He’s the twins age it shouldn’t take this long.”
Wonder heard what their mother was talking about and tilted her head. She looked at the twins, “You have a family friend that is human?”
Adam answered instead, “Yes he was a good friend even before I met Jade.” The doorbell rang just then, “Looks like they’re here.”
Jace could be heard through the door, “Andrew you better be good now-” Adam opened the door, “Hey~”
“Aunt Minnie!” Haven went for a tackle hug followed by his brother. Aunt Minnie or just simply Minnie was Jade’s oldest friend. Jace’s wife and mother to their son Andrew.
“Thanks for inviting us. Andrew wanted to meet the famed Fairy and Pixie protector. ” Jace chuckled.
“Hey good to see you again Aunt Jade.” He smirked at her, “We have ears you know and that door isn’t thick.”
Minnie hugged back, “Hi boys.” she kissed their cheeks. Jade chuckled.
“Auntie~ our girlfriends are here.” Haven complained.
Jace walked inside and greeted the girls. “Hi I’m Jace. Adam’s oldest human friend.”
“I’m Faith nice to meet you. That blondie is Wonder.”
“WHAT?!” Minnie coughed and gained her composer, “Hello I’m Minnie, Jace is my husband and my son Andrew.”
“Hi so your the protectors?” Andrew asked.
“Yes I’m pixie and she’s fairy.” Faith answered.
“You’re pixie? Your actually much hotter than I thought and you,” he looked at Wonder, “You look very pretty much more than I thought before.”
Wonder looked at Andrew’s parents, “Is he always like that?”
Minnie and Jace answered in unison, “Yes.”
Jade giggled, “Well it’s kinda cute. ” she said grabbing the salad and putting it on the table.
Minnie giggled, “It’s great to see you again Jade.”
“You too the hospital is so busy we barely get to see each other now.” She grabbed the corn and put it on the table next to the salad while checking the soup. Minnie helped her.
“Good to see you Jace.”
“You too. Oh look at what I brought.” he took out a blue horn, “A smirf horn.”
“That’s so cool.” He looked at it. Everyone kept talking until dinner was served they sat down to eat.
“So Papa what’s tonight’s dinner story?” Alec asked.
“We could tell the one about Andrew’s birth?” Jace joked.
“Oh gosh please no.” Andrew begged.
“How about you and mom? How did you meet?” Alec asked.
Jade started cracking up, “Well actually that story connects to how I escaped the Pixie King. That and it involves a random cow a year of bumping into each other and two more years until your father proposed. ”
“Although that’s when your father was staying with me.” Jace informed.
“And I was found by Minnie.”
“Oh cool big story!” Wonder said excited. Minnie giggled and the others got comfy.
“A cow?” Alec asked confused.
“You see at the time that’s what I thought as well you’ll see once you hear.“Adam informed
“So should I start from when I escaped the Pixie King?” She asked
“Where ever you’d like once you finish I’ll start on me with the fairy kingdom.” Jade then started.
