Dear you,
Read this when you're feeling down.
There is nothing more beautiful than when you prove to yourself just how strong you really are. You did nothing wrong by asking to be treated right.
You have galaxies in your eyes, with electricity cracking within you.
Listen to old songs, they're like old memories you can go back to. Forgive yourself to progress yourself.
Don't fall back into your old patterns just because they're familiar.
Sometimes your life has to be completely shaken up, changed, and rearranged to relocate you to the place you're meant to be. You're going to be okay. Slow progress is still progress.
Remember. You are not the woman/man for them, you are the woman/man for your own god damn self.
Now stop punishing yourself. It's behind you now. Look forward.
Start believing that nothing is "too good" for you. Stay strong and make them wonder how you handled it.
You might be a mess, but baby you're a masterpiece.
