A new beginning
Im awakened to the sound of my alarm telling me to get up. As my eyes start to adjust to the harsh lighting I reach my arm over to my side table and turn my alarm off.
After about two minutes of struggling to get out of bed I go take a quick shower. Turning the water to the hottest temperature possible.
I was still a little bit nervous going back to school. It was near the middle of the year.
As long as I don't accidentally mention the mental hospital and suicid attempt thing. Or the therapist thing. I should be good
I have to see a therapist two times a week. And to top it all of I now not only have anxiety but depression to.
The rest of this year is going to suck.
After I was finished showering I dried myself of and threw on a long sleeve white shirt, a black loose crop top, and some black ripped jeans.
I decided to leave my hair down as I ran to school so I wouldn't be late. I'm probably going to regret it later but whatever.
One I arrived at my school I walked to the front office to ask her for my new locker number. After that I can finally leave to office and search for my new locker.
When I left school for six months they gave away my old locker. They also had to get me a new schedule.
After wandering the hallway for about three minutes I finally found my new locker. It took about five times for me to finally get the combination right but I eventually got in.
After I got my language arts books out and I closed my locker I finally headed of to find my first class.
I get there right after the first warning bell rang. But I was still one of the first people there.
After I sat down I see my friend Brooke walk in. "Omg Macy your Back" she yelled.
"Oh really I hadn't noticed" I said laughing a little bit to myself.
I've know Brooke since the third grade and she is the only person other than family that knows about Brennan.
She ran over to me and sat down in the seat next to me. And right as she was about to sign something the teacher walked in.
Let's just say she didn't look very welcoming.
"Alright class pull out your homework if you did it and turn it in to me after in introduce myself."
Oh did I forget to mention that my teacher was also new which means she doesn't know I haven't been here.
"My name is ms walker and this is a very hard course so if you tend to slack of in class I suggest switching classes." Great I thought I got one of those teachers. This is going to be a long year.
