Who knew Dragons could be cryptic
"I didn't realize it until the end, but this is the second book I've read of this author and I enjoyed both immensely. It's a well crafted story that keeps you guessing for the first part until it gets its rhythm. Then it soars, if you read it you will understand that pun. Once the FMC makes her transition the story picks up and it still keeps you guessing for the most part. The author does a nice job of laying out the surroundings so that you can clearly see the differences in landscapes and appreciate the differences. The characters have depth to them, differences that set them up in their world and allow you to watch the interactions more clearly. The beginning reads like a flashback or dream sequence, yet once you understand what is going on then it flows well into the rest of the story. The ending is set up well and once you get there you might feel a sense of accomplishment on the FMC's part, at least I did. She fought against the inevitability of the story and was able to tweak things to her betterment along the way. I highly recommend this story to anyone who enjoys Fantasy, Dragons, or just a well laid plan and watching it come to fruition. I tried to stop about halfway through and finish it the next day, and then I realized I was on the last chapter. It held my interest all the way through. "

"Definitely the best book I've EVER read!!! And I ove reading. This story with all it's people, earned my love and gratitude at how wonderful they all re. From Kyra becoming Kara and people noticing the difference. The change in attitudes of everyone towards her and her own, from being a sad, lonely girl, to becoming beloved by everyone, trolls, people, dragons, little people, it was so beautiful to see her grow into what she became... I think tht the only thing I hated was finlly reding THE END. Books this good and satisfying, should never have a final. Congratulations for a wonderful and supremely magical book which I loved from beginning to end!!!"
