Summary

This is a short story i wrote for no reason at all just bored. It’s about a girl who was new to this place not sure where but a beautiful place with a beautiful dream home. She fell in love with a man and he’s been with her since she moved there and she’s had some depression issues and he’s always been there for her through it all. He’s lately been seeming distant and she’s falling back into her depressive state worse than before. Usually he would notice it cause it happens around the same date dec 13 that’s the day her father died and she has always had mental issues from it. In this story she doesn’t have a name it’s just She and the man doesn’t have a name it’s just He or Man i’m not sure what the point of this story is but one day i just wrote it and figured others might enjoy my short story.

Chapter 1

There she stands watching the love of her life in another women’s arms. She runs like the wind with tears streaming down her face not knowing where she’s going but determined to get away from this life. Determined to find the thing she desires most. Screaming at the world all the thoughts inside her head jumbled in one. There she stands in the rain crying feeling sick, wanting more. She thinks to herself “what is more… what could i possibly want.” Then she realizes she needs to be gone. She needs to disappear. She needs to start over, try again. The sound of the cars passing by makes her feel at home. When she was little she lived with her father on the streets just the two. Now she’s back alone and on the streets. She takes a step forward and feels the wind on her face as she breathes her last breath feeling happy, finally free and complete. Now she stands there looking at herself. Not in the mirror, not in the camera, not in a photo, but in a casket. Standing there was a man and a beautiful women. The women was holding him and she wasn’t crying but the man was. She steps closer to get a better look then she realizes that this is the love of her life. The man that ruined her world with that other women. The man that was there for her through thick and thin. The man who made her a whole new person. The man that ignored her the pat days and weeks. She now sees why he was ignoring her and being distant. He had found another women better then her. Taller, skinnier, prettier, just better. There she stands watching the love of her life in another women’s arms.
