"This was not the first of John K Sutherland's stories that I had read and it will be by no means the last. His style is unique, his use of language delicious and in this one his sense of humour is absolutely wicked. I cannot begin to tell you how much I enjoyed this particular story and hope that it finds the wide readership that it truly deserves. Give it a go as soon as you can. You will NOT be disappointed and the final chapter is both unexpected and absolutely hilarious."

All his books that I have read, have been slow to start, but are good reads with a pleasant mix of characters and some humour along the way. . This story is about the daughter coming home from University and due to the time she arrives, decides to stay at the guest house. Unknown to her, there is already a guest there. She learns more about life and herself, than she ever learnt at University. All the ins and out and ups and downs of life in a short time. She is just like her mother..."
