The start!.
Storyline
Kairo and Kei (who are siblings) have lived in a town called Nakonoji for their whole lives and Akio moves there and meets them when he joins the school
After Akio has been living there for a year and they have all become great friends, a disaster occurs!
Akio, Kairo and Kei go adventuring around the mountains near their village and camp there for 3 days but when they return the village is empty!
Kairo and Kei go home to look for their parents but all they find is blood scattered on the walls and floors but no bodies.
Akio goes to his home he finds a lot of blood but he finds his mother lying on the ground, dying covered in blood with a katana through her chest and a dark aura surrounding her, Akio tries to go near her but gets repelled by the aura. He shouts for help and then Kairo runs into the house and sees Akios mother on the ground. The darkness disappears and Kairo goes to check on the mother, she is dead. Akio grabs the katana and runs out the house, when he gets outside the katana starts glowing, the blood on it disappears. There is an inscription on the blade in Japanese it reads 'Whoever Takes Possession of This Katana Shall Become The Sword Master'
On the other side it reads: 'You Shall Choose from 4 Auras
Fire
Lightning
Dark
Light'
Kei comes out of her house and sees Akio with tears in his eyes and he is reading the inscription on the katana. Kairo comes out of the house, he asks Kei if she could find anything in the house, she replies saying "no there was nothing in the house other than blood" she then starts to cry. Suddenly Akio understand he puts the blade to his forehead and mutters the words "I who has taken control of this sword choose to use the Lightning Aura" the katana floats into the air and a mystical blue lighting bolt hits it. Akio grasps it and he now has the power of lighting.
Akio grasps the handle and he feels a surge through his body, he now has the power of lighting.
His katana slowly changes into a blue colour and a lightning aura surrounds the blade.
They enter Akio's house again and see a message in blood upstairs it says: 'We're coming for you Rutaya'
