Mika’s POV
*Alarm goes off*
I open my eyes to feel the sun hitting my eyes “ugh”I groaned,as I stood up from my comfy mattress.I made my way to my bathroom and looked in the mirror for a moment .I looked dead like a zombie.but I shrugged it off and walked to the shower and stripped of my clothing as I walked in I felt the warm water hit me , it had put me at ease but not for long.
“Ma’am are you in here”I heard rose say “I’m in the shower rose I yelled,I always woke up before rose could wake me I didn’t want her to have to wake me.”oh I’m sorry miss your mother insisted I awoke you t-today”rose said with a little stutter.
A/N-Rose is her maid/friend.
I finally finished showering and quickly bring my teeth I left the bathroom to see rose, whose been waited for me all this time “oh my I’m sorry I didn’t realize you were still here I would have been quicker”I said feeling a bit guilty “it’s ok ma’am her your gown and corset”rose said with a small smile.
“Rose we’ve been over this call me Mika we’re practically friends”I said with a bright smile“ok Mika I will help you get changed now”rose said while quickly grabbing the corset.

As I walked down the stairs I felt very uncomfortable with the corset but I had to.Just to look respectful. as always……
“Morning mama”I said as I kissed my mother cheek “morning sweetheart,we have found excellent suitors or you”mother said cheerfully “oh..I can’t wait”I said with a hint of sadness.I really didn’t want to marry someone I didn’t love it wasn’t fair but I couldn’t say that and ruin our family’s name, that is why I always have to be “perfect”.
I had met them in the living room “ok sweetheart you stay here and then suitors will come in ok please be respectful alright?”mother said in an excited tone.I only nodded in response “your older brothers will be in their office if you need them alright now now put smile on that beautiful face of yours”mother said before leaving the room.
Then came in the suitors I was to talk and get to know them so they would marry me,I had no voice in this matter it was either if one of them wanted to wed me or not. “Hello there I’m Stephano Dameriez pleasure to meet you”Stephano said before put his hand out for me to shake,I gladly shook his hand but surprised when he kissed it.
After the introductions we started some small talk for a while until the doors opened “I’m so sorry to interrupt but unfortunately you gentleman have to leave right now, you may come back tomorrow” rose said nervously. “ok of course goodbye”one man waved at me I gladly waved back, “it was nice meeting you!”another said “I’ll see you soon sweetheart”Stephano said before kissing my hand,I blushed a bit.But then I saw them leave I waved a quick bye before they fully left.
I sighed in relief even though me and Stephano got along well I was still glad they were gone.I got up and walked to my brothers office and knocked,I then heard a loud “come in”and opened the door. “They left so can I go now please big brother”I said with pleading eyes “of course you can dear sister but we have a ball in the city hall alright don’t be late”Big brother said with a stern voice,I nodded then left quickly while shutting the door quietly.
I was finally aloud to go outside in the town I was excited,I got my beige coat on then left,I had a big smile on until I saw Avery,my best friend with her fiancé Derik(Dare-eek) who is also my best friend I ran up to them and hugged then from behind. “Hey Mimi how are you?”Avery said hugging me back “I’m great!”i replied “how’d it go did you meet the one?”Derik said while hugging Avery from behind they were the cutest thing ever “it was ok I guess I got close to this one guy Stephano I wonder if he would be my friend?”I said with a cheeky smile. “Who wouldn’t Mimi your the bestest friend ever”Avery said with a small smile on her face.
Derik then grabbed both me and Avery’s hand and pulled us into town there were many shop filled with desserts,dresses,suits,shoes and more, “Derik can we go inside the bakery I haven’t eaten breakfast yet and I’m hungry”I said as I rubbed my belly Avery giggled while agreeing,Derik just chuckled and nodded.
“Hello M’ladies and sir”a kind women said “hi,can I get a um..those”I said pointing to the pastries in the case.the lady went to grab them and I was just smiling like a little girl on Christmas Day.After we had paid the lady we left with our pastries and walked to my house “mama I’m home and guess who’s here!?ITS AVERY AND DERIK”I said with excitement,but that all changed when the office door opened and my brothers appeared “Mika get inside NOW.”my older brother said with an upset but stern voice,I nodded and quietly walked inside the office with my head down in the process.
I nodded and quietly walked inside the office with my head down. “DO YOU KNOW HOW EMBARRASSING YOU’VE BEEN TODAY,THERE ARE REPORTS OF YOU BEING AROUND TOWN LOOKING LIKE A CHILD AND THANK GOODNESS IT DIDN’T GO OUT.WHAT ARE YOU 5!YOU ARE SOON TURNING 18 ACT YOUR AGE,YOUR SO IMMATURE YOU COUDVE RUINED OUR NAME-“my older brother was cut off his lecture when I bursted into tears and apologized repeatedly and ran out the door.
My big brother or any of my brothers have never yelled at me before I was terrified and guilty I felt so stupid.I had ran past Avery and Derik I didn’t stop I still ran even after they tried to stop me,my brothers yelled my name repeatedly I could hear the guilt in their voices but I didn’t care I just needed to get away.
Aarons POV
When I heard my baby sister burst into tears I immediately felt guilty she kept apologizing but before I could say anything she ran,my brother started to yell after her and so did her friends.”what have done that was so harsh are you ok we just lost our sister because of you,she had a right to act like a kid she never got a childhood”Cameron said.
What have I done..Mika didn’t deserve that all she’s been was kind and sweet but I only cared about the reports and our family’s name I’m so stupid I just lost my baby sister.
Our family fell apart without her,she was our happiness our pure joy,she was nothing but kindhearted and sweet to us and others.I missed her so much,everyone is doing what they can to find her.I just sat in my office all day long,staring at a picture of young Mika smiling while running in the sun.
