The dark skies
The sun once again is turning the blue sky dark black watching as the sun turns into its eclipse phase I could see the heads of the people around me jerk back to look at the sky as soon as it starts raining bodies fall lifelessly as everyone runs for cover i couldn’t help but say under my breath, “idiots.″ walking off into a van making sure the rain doesn’t hit me. I let out an umbrella, dropping it once I’m in the car. “Hey guys” I say to 4 other people. There’s 5 including me. Kak is the first to reply. Kak is a short stubby dude who mostly sniffles a lot but never seems to blow his nose. He looks like a fanboy. This chick called chimiki is his favorite singer…also he sweats.. a lot.. “Hey Ryn hows the rain today” he says cheerfully “Is this a good thing for you?” I say sternly, lifting an eyebrow. Stuttering he looks nervous as always fiddling with his fingers trying to find something to say he’s interrupted after a few seconds of thinking. “Right” Someone blurts out. From the tone of voice I could easily tell it was Izuki. She is basically one of those pastel dolls I see on TV so cheerful and playful that it disgusts me, But she’s in the group anyways so there’s really nothing I could say about it “Are u okay! Did the rain hit you!? Omg omg let me see!” she rushes over patting me down interrupting kak “Hey what’d i tell u about that izuki” I push her off like many times before, She does this everytime I leave her sight. I heard that familiar croaky laugh and knew it was Ashtaki. She’s an emo mixed with a doll but I can’t think of what they’re called. She looks calm most of the time. I’d say she was crazy if you asked me. Today she wore her usual jeans and a tank top… “Isn’t that adorable! You two should be dating” She smirks tilting her head “Isn’t that funny I thought you were interested in me hm?” I smirk back at her using her sarcastic humor against her. I saw her turn red as she turned back to the figure behind her. She was quiet as usual. As all bookworms had weird or plain names hers was extraordinary. Her name was Neo-wo. She sat quietly in the passenger seat reading in her mind. Getting up I leaned on Neo-wo’s seat “hello did you hear me come in or were you too trapped in the magical book you’re reading” I said calmly “O-oh hey Ryn! Didn’t see you there!” she looks at me nervously.. “It’s like she wears headphones with the music up loudly” Ashtaki says. Looking out the window the day was the same as always.....
