Intro to characters and some backstory
Hi I am Sophia Jenny DeVito I am thirteen-years-old and enjoy watching sports, doing charity work and eating out. I am creative and reliable, but can also be very quiet and a bit moody. I live in a middle class neighbourhood. My father walked out 11 years ago, leaving my mother, a carpenter named Tiffany, to look after me.
I go to Uptown School, where my favourite subjects are home economics and chemistry. I love my teacher Ms. Turner but hate Mr. Ward whose interests include handing out extra homework.
My best friend is a teenager named June Quinn. We get on well most of the time. I also hang around with Felicity Ellis and Simone Hernandez. We enjoy hockey together. Oh and I can’t forget I think I am trans.
This is my best friend June Quinn she is a twelve-year-old who enjoys ferret racing, jigsaw puzzles and tree shaping. She is smart and creative, but can also be very sneaky and a bit grumpy.
She is American. She is currently at school. She is a vegetarian who is allergic to artificial food coloring. She is obsessed with films.
Physically, June is slightly overweight but otherwise in good shape. She is very tall for her age with bronze skin, blonde hair and green eyes. They live in an upper class neighborhood. Their father walked out 11 years ago, leaving their mother, a professional sportsperson called Melissa, to look after them. I was always there for them since we went through the same thing but there is always a weird attraction between us... but I don’t think they know about me.
One of my other friends is Lotus Lider. They are non-binary and bi-sexual but they think I don’t know what my gender identity is yet so, they use she/they pronouns with me and I don’t feel comfortable with she pronouns. But I don’t know how to come out to my moms. Yes moms plural June's mom and my mom got together last week. Although I don’t know how they will react to me being trans. I know they are both bisexual but i am 85% sure they are trans-phobic. They are really supportive of all my hobbies but I am not sure they will support my decision to be trans.
