“What”!
“You’re a failure, you have failed this family, you have only caused problems and you’re the reason this war started, it’s all your fault”!
Great moms blaming the war on me and calling me a failure.
“What did I do this time”!
“You told you’re brother he can wear make up and now he wants to wear it to school”!
“He’s in middle school, I wore make up in middle school I don’t get what the problem is”.
“He’s a boy he has to learn a man’s role and you have to learn the woman’s role”!
“I’m going to school”
“This conversation is not finished young lady”!
Leave it to my mom to blame a war on her daughter. The war is between the 2 species on this earth, murusa’s winged beings with small horns and zuzim’s beings with fox hears and fox tails though the colour is the same as their hair.
The war is all about gender roles and how we should be treated based on who we love. I’m a murusa with large white wings, murusas as a whole don’t think men should wear make up
and dresses and think men should love woman and women should love men. To that I say bullshit, I like men and women so what.
I’ve only dated men but I’m waiting for a girl who likes girls.
My school is for murusa’s and the school next to it is for zuzim’s. Then I heard a gunshot followed by a lot more gunshots near me. I had to hide and fast. I ducked into the forest bordering my village and started running. I ran for a while and found a clearing. It had a small pond and the grass was nicely cut, I figured I had just went near the border of the villages.
I sat down near the pond to clear my head. I started to cry, I felt a hand on my shoulder “are you okay” a small voice asked.
A/N- sorry the chapter is so short I’m trying to figure out a posting schedule I’m thinking either Fridays or Mondays maybe Wednesdays but I’m not sure yet. Thank you for reading!
