Prologue
Just wanna let you know, this book is childish. I don't enjoy reading very serious books and neither do I like writing them. so if you were expecting this book to be about a sad story of neglected dogs, its not. It's a story of talking dogs stealing from resturaunts. If you aren't a fan of that, I dont think you should read this book. (I'm also new to making books so dont expect the best book)
Branglass is a very large city, some might even say too large. You would be very unlucky to get lost in this city. Unfortunately for a little german sheperd puppy, he was lost. This puppy felt he had no place to call home, no place to sleep, no place to feel safe. After many attempts to become someone's pet, he decided to gather materials to make his own home. He grabbed pillows, wood, trash can lids, and even some old car parts. The puppy even gave himself a name. "Buster" was his name, he didn't know what it meant but he thought it sounded cool.
After hours of hard work, Buster had made a small hut out of trash. It didnt look like much, and it was in an alley, but it was home. That night, Buster went to sleep on an empty stomach and decided he would spend all day tomorrow to get food. It took Buster a while to fall asleep because he was hungry, but he fell asleep after an hour. The next day, his entire home was soaking wet and was falling apart. Buster could already tell this day wasn't going to be great. He started looking around the alley for a tarp, or something to block the water if it rained again.
During his search, he smelt something very pleasing. Buster followed the smell and it led to a delivery man's car. The car's door was open and the food was easy to grab. Buster thought for a few seconds, wondering what would happen if he got caught. With nothing to lose, Buster ran over to the car and stole a white plastic bag with the words "THANK YOU" on it. The bag was very heavy but Buster managed to carry it to his alley. Buster opened the bag and inside were two styrofoam boxes. Buster opened the first box and inside was beans, rice, and chicken. His day just got ten times better than he expected it to be.
Buster decided he should open the second box before eating the first one. he opened the second box and inside was nachos that had meat, avocado, cheese and salsa. As Buster was eating the food, there was some sound coming from a trash can. Buster was scared to go to the can, but he went anyway. When he got close, a small cat jumped onto Buster and started scratching and biting him. Buster did not want to fight, but he had to. buster bit the ear of the cat and the cat ran off onto the roof of the next door building. Buster decided not to chase it, because in doing so his lunch might get stolen.
After a few months, Buster got bigger, and so did his house. His new house was weather-proof. Since his house was nice, he got a lot of other strays asking to stay with him. Buster refused most of the time but if he thought they could be useful, he said they could stay. over some time, they formed a group. Every dog made their own hut. eventually, the group claimed the alley as theirs. The dogs had created a gang...
