life is but a show
life is but a mystery,
lost in the ocean,
the mind is lost you can not see,
for though you need a potion,
life is often forgotten for like shows it will end,
being good shall not work,
you will need to make amends,
if you shall choose to sit there and pray,
the lord is above you showing you the way,
if you shall not and choose to hurt others,
for the Lord has made different people,
who come in different sizes and colors,
I am here to show the times when we don't always glow
take time to realize, life is but a show
the stories we tell can happen to know,
the reason for that being is life is but a show,
if you shall choose I do not say,
just know that the lord will show the way,
hard times come but good times too,
too tame a lion you always wanted,
for though you need a zoo,
as you wake up in the morning and feel the wind breeze,
there's an answer to all like a cure to a disease,
so as I say to have a friend and someone by your side,
and someone that will help you as they see you cry,
there may be many friends but still like all a foe,
like this poem, I said already life is but a show,
