(They used to rule parts of the city in their own groups. But since The Wolves claimed their spot, they lurk in shadows)
Rubrics
Citizens, regular people
(They're often the ones who suffer in the hands of leviathans)
Pariahs
Outcasts, they belong in none of the categories listed above
(They survive outside of the city. Often in groups.)
Districts
Central District
Located in the centre of the city. Where the main headquarters of The Wolves is located.
Valley District
Surrounds the entire headquarters and serves as a guard to it. Where most of the Rubrics live.
The Dark Sea
Located in the west of the Valley. Where leviathans roam after The Wolves drove them out of the city.
Red Room District
Located a couple miles away from the city, home to the Pariahs
