Prelude I - Helix
Hello, I am Helixion I, or Helix for short. I am the head intelligence controller or the first intelligence controller of the Intergalactic Council of Universal Systems, ICUS. This is my personal, informal documentation of a series of compatibility experiments that I will be conducting in secret. Maybe experiment is not the correct term, but I will be manipulating situations to introduce the warriors I work with to their statistically compatible females; it is time.
I have used many characteristics and variables to create a mating program. From the analysis I have run, it should have a 99% success rate.
Finally, I have found a planet, M-90324 or Earth, with a compatible female species for the ICUS’s military warriors. Many of their worlds were destroyed by Purix, all of the females of their species taken, integrated by the Purix, becoming no longer compatible, reproductive mates for the males of their planets.
The ICUS has been combating the Purix for centuries, bringing in new planets, species, and refugees as the Purix raged across galaxies.
Finally, a defensive battlefront has been established, and while it is recognized that the Purix will most likely never be defeated in battle, a stalemate has been reached within a belt of planets. The Council has agreed that resources will be diverted to this system to hold the line, contain the Purix, and prevent the Purix from devouring other galaxies.
I have been hoping for this stalemate, planning to transition these warriors that have been battling for centuries into a future with a mate, with a family. A family, the ultimate reward. Too many planets have experienced the destruction of the Purix, and the primary lesson they have all learned is the importance of a mate, children, a family, that this is what they fight for, what they continue to fight for. These warriors need to reap the rewards of their battles and sacrifices to remember they are fighting for something worthwhile.
I discovered M-90324, also known as Earth, a few years ago. I have sent hundreds of intelligence-gathering pods across numerous galaxies, gathering information on various planets. Earth is particularly intriguing as the bipedal humanoid species with a very adaptable genetic code; with minor testing, I discovered that Earth’s aliens are biologically compatible with the warrior species I have been working with for centuries.
I also discovered an adjoining galaxy, one wormhole away for the Infinax complex of planets to establish a home.
We have been traveling for a long time. It will be good to have a home.
But I need to back up and complete my introduction.
The Purix is an invasive species that absorbs and annihilates planets in its path as it makes its way across the universe. It is believed that the species was initially male, seeking biologically compatible species to reproduce. It is now a highly technical, invasive species that destroys or absorbs all biological material. Multiple attempts to negotiate, discuss, or halt battles have failed. The Purix does not negotiate or debate; they do not stop. They invade, conquer, absorb.
ICUS has established an ongoing battlefront in a beltway of planets that are constantly changing and creating biological material for the Purix to absorb; our challenge will be to keep them maintained in the beltway until a method to destroy the Purix is discovered. Many of my cohorts are working on this problem, I’ve chosen another project. Re-establishing the species most devastated by the Purix.
As I studied Earth, I devised a method to identify compatible, cooperative females to match the ICUS warriors.
I studied Earth customs, cultures, and habits. I found the most biological diversity on the third landmass, north of the equator. This is the section of the planet I have focused my initial experiments on.
Years ago, I introduced a video game system into their culture; this seemed a logical method to introduce Earthlings to ICUS and ICUS to Earthlings. I have incorporated a translation program into the game using light beam technology with lasers. As Earthlings play the game, they will learn the primary ICUS language and various species cultures and rituals. The Earthlings will develop skills and abilities through gameplay to identify compatible pairings and couplings among our species.
Females of Earth play this video game; I continue to update with the latest technology, including a system that immerses the visual and auditory systems within the game. It is a role-playing game; the female adapts and chooses the roles she wants to play and gains experience points.
The video game immerses the player into a virtual mirror of our world and our battles. Robotic avatars fight, serve and interact in battles, operations, intelligence, maintenance, and other situations in our battlegroup and our planets. Snipers, pilots, engineers, weapons specialists, and defensive specialists all fighting with our soldiers and troops.
Some females have become so integral to some fighting teams that we will notify and plan assaults around a player’s time when she is playing. It has been interesting to watch their gameplay as they will initiate interactions with other aspects of the game. A sniper approached the defensive team for a rear sensor notification of enemies coming behind her. She also approached dietary for calming supplements to increase targeting accuracy.
Interestingly enough, I started integrating the Earth gaming system into cyborg soldiers on the battlefield. A few females choose military battle roles, and they have excelled at battlefield strategies and performance.
