Chapter 1
When I was a child,
My life was too wide,
I saw colours so vibrant as it ever could be,
I saw shapes in clouds
Evolving into a newer version of themselves,
By every passing second
Whenever I looked up at the sky,
I rejoiced at the endless possibilities I have ahead,
I had the sky as the limit, wide and beautiful
Every crayon when broken,
I saw it as a double of the same colour,
The butterflies were symbols of beauty as my life could be,
Now, I have grown,
I learned as I grow that the sky too has a limit,
The ever-changing clouds reminds me
How there is nothing constant in life,
The birds makes me envy their freedom,
And hate these invisible shackles
Tied up to my hands and legs,
Now I am afraid of everything that breaks,
And the colourful butterflies just reminds me
Of their limited lifespan,
And hence, Life happened to me
