"I particularly like the immediate connection between the characters thoughts and actions. 1st pov isn't really my thing normally because of the redundancy I feel in reading a character think of doing something and then immediately do it in painful detail, but this was executed nicely. Well done!"

Unpredictable, Emotional, Phenomenal
"The story progression, pacing, and attention to detail was impeccable. It's been a long time since I couldn't predict what happens next, how certain cliche's will play out, and the major points in a story. I went into this story with 0 expectations and found myself blown away. The Author consistently surprised me, wielding foreshadowing as a weapon and talented writing as a shield, leading me by the nose as I made assumptions, letting me get ahead of myself only to end up shocked as they weaved their way through over done and cliched scenarios in such a unique way I had no hope of putting this down. I found myself getting so invested without even realizing it I was writing comments in the chapters, genuinely angry and outraged at characters, almost crying for some, laughing as others told jokes, and fully enraptured in their story . I've been reading since I could walk on my own, reading hundreds of stories, experiencing every cliche plot, numb to overly emotional scenes, disappointed by how easy it was to predict every major plot point, knowing the end before I hit chapter 2. I haven't been emotionally influenced by a story in so long I didn't how much I cared, how much the Author was making me feel honest and real emotion. This is the first story in a long while that showed me there are still writers out there, writers that care about telling a story and telling it right. The unique way they have approached this was amazing and uniquely delightful, thank you<3"

"Brayden fasziniert mich. Dass er von seinem Vater und dem Rudel seines Geführten zur Gefährtenschaft hinein gezwungen wird, ist es nur logisch dass er bloss geschäftliche Verbindung zum Alpha und/oder zum Rudel haben will. Bei Brayden's Vergangenheit wundert mich das nicht. Ein schönes Buch. Es gefällt mir sehr. Guter Wortschatz, reichhaltig in der Sprache. Gerne weiter so. Bin gespannt auf das zweite Buch."

"The book keeps you wanting more. I really like that the story line is different. 2 males, human/wolf, wolf is ridiculous and real struggle instead of mate bond fixing everything. I wouldn’t re-read though. It’s painful to read a character with a lot of trauma existing in their life and relationships with it. There isn’t a single scrap of hope that a happy ending happens. Some will love this. It’s not my favorite though. That being said…the author has an excellent and very high level writing and storytelling style. "
