Felix Town was always called as Place of Killers Kingdom. The reason is that there is always a murder case will be recorded. Because of this problem Felix Town didn't have any tourist and tourism. Also half of the people living there have relocated.
The officers also didn't care about the situation of the town. Because any of them will be killed for interfering in it. The officers from other countries also will be scared to get there to take of any case from there.
The people there were looking forward to the time of liberation. But no one was there for helping them.
