Chapter 1
The mornings are foggy in the spring where I’m from. It almost seems like something is going to grab you! But that never happens, instead the fog clears and you remember why you are up. To take care of the horses, horses are amazing animals. Most people are scared of them but in all my years I’ve never been afraid of them. The joy I get out of winning with my horse is all worth the work. Many people talk about the mustang spirit and well I can say it’s very strong. I have a mustang she’s strong and fearless but has her moments. Many people assume we just sit there but that’s not true. Horses are amazing in many ways and in one way the understand emotions. A few years ago I went through really bad depression and my horses pulled me out. This isn’t me telling you to get a horse. I’m just speaking my mind about what I think.
