Prologue

I've never been to public high school. I've never wanted to go. from ages 5-15 my mom has been homeschooling me and i was doing great. Maybe a little socially awkward maybe a little homicidal but with my best friend doodle (a stuffed dragon) and the occasional killing of a small animal my life was fine, great even. That's why it confused me why on a sunday night my mom informed me that i would be going to the highschool around the corner ¨ Jackson High¨ the very next day.
¨No¨ i stated blandly ¨if you dont go im taking doodle away permanently¨ she said just as enthusiastically. I loved my mother but i hated that she knew exactly what to do to get me to do things her way. Me and her had a very enjoyable relationship, she didn't bother me and i didnt bother her. That doesn't mean that we hate each other, we just prefer to be by ourselves. And my mother knew me, she knew that that taking away my stuffed animal or my ¨hunting¨ would ruin me completely. After she threatened doodle i knew there was no choice. Me and doodle are going to Jackson High.
