Chapter 1: New School
It was almost 7:00 in the morning and I was not ready to get up yet. I had just gotten comfortable and was about to close my eyes when my alarm went off but I didn’t want to get up yet so I hit the snooze button. Finally, I decided to roll out of bed. It was a pretty normal morning until my mom was driving me to school. I noticed that we passed the entrance to the school parking lot and it confused me. “I thought you were taking me to school.” “I am. Just not this one.” my mom replied. “What are you talking about?” I asked her. Oh, sorry, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Annie Leblanc. I am 14 years old and a freshman in high school. Now, back to the story. My mom replied, "Oh, I forgot I hadn't told you yet. Your father and I decided to enroll you and Hayley into a different school." (Hayley is my younger sister by the way.) "But what about my friends(Lillia and Anna) and my boyfriend(Hayden). I never got to say goodbye and neither did Hayley. " "You can text them all and tell them when you get home from school this afternoon." She replied and we pulled into the parking lot at my new school.
