"Winnie writes stories that strikes the heart and pierces at times ; sharp, hurts like hell but relatable. Grotesque strikes me because the background of Nomsa is pretty much many girls’ life, not much education and off to marriage and learning the ropes from the man. Jackson seems to be in no better position to teach nor guide her. An eye opening experience from a man a world apart but the most amazing part is love. A love that endures and forgives. "The story is very educative showing that cheating is wrong even though at last the main characters still married each other despite the odds. It is good never to cheat on one's mate that's faithful.
