Same Face

"Amelia...?" Emily whispered to me in class "Earth to Amelia!" I snapped from my thoughts and looked in her direction "hmm sorry I was thinking about something" well actually I wasn't, just trying to avoid listening to the teacher talking about stupid lection but she doesn't need to know "About who, new hook up maybe?" she smirked at me but I just agreed to her statement and continued to look at one spot in a classroom so the class can pass faster. I wasn't interested in school I just went because my father wanted me to, because he wants me to take over his glorious company one day. The bell rang and I was the first person to leave the classroom and Emily running behind me "Wait up! I was actually following the lesson unlike you" I laughed as Emily tried to catch up with me, she was shorter than me and unlike my long golden hair she had a short brown hair. "Sorry let's go find the others in cafeteria now" as we walked together we were talking about some unreverent topics and at the entrance of cafeteria I saw Liam, the most popular boy in our school and one of our bestfriend, every girl wanted to be his girlfriend but he wasn't satisfied with any. "Hi girls" he said and smiled at us with his perfectly with teeth, we greeted him and entered cafeteria together. There were the famous couple Vivian and Noah sitting together and making out "Guys seriously stop" said Emily clearly disgusted, as we sat down at the table I saw a black-haired guy approaching us "Amelia you didn't tell me you had one more hook up with that hottie" said Vivian "I don't know who is that" normally in school guys would approach me to tell me that they had a blast last night but I haven't recognized this guy "Hey Emily" said the black-haired guy "Oh Carl hi!" both me and Vivian looked stunned Emily was not the kind of girl who would hook up with random guys "You haven't answered my texts so I came to check up on you" clearly Em was blushing "Sorry I didn't have time to answer, but I will as soon as I come home" he smiled at her and left our table "Em! Why didn't you tell us you have a hook up buddy" Vivian half-screamed "He is not a hook up buddy, I have just went with him on a date" Em said clearly annoyed at Vivian "Will you go again?" I asked now all interested "Don't know, probably" during our conversation, one of our friend Jake started screaming in the middle of cafeteria "PARTY AT MY HOUSE TONIGHT! EVERYBODY IS INVITED" everyone cheered at his amazing news "Party? Where did this parents go this time?" Vivian asked curiously "Probably on a vacation, you know how they always go somewhere" Noah finally spoke up "Lucky" Vivi added and continued to eat her salad "Well party night means one more hook up. Right Amelia?" Liam turned around towards me "I don't know I am not feeling it today" and of course everybody laughed at me "What is so funny?" Em was the first one who stopped to laugh "That doesn't sound like you at all" I sighed "Well still I did" I stood up and "Where are you going?" Vivi asked me "Home" an easy replay, something I prefer to do "But school hasn't ended yet" Em tried to negotiate with me "I know I will just say that I am sick" this is the usual thing I do, principal is used to this by now "Tell Jake that I am coming tonight" this was a very unneeded long day.

On a ride back home I thought about what I am going to wear to the party tonight and what will I do because surely tonight I will not drink or hook up. I was bored of that lifestyle, always doing the same from weekend to weekend. At least Em found a guy who she likes, she is not forcing herself like I am because I can't have a relationship, everything I do in a romantical way is hook up. Vivi and Noah had been together for a long time, but Noah is with Vivi because he doesn't want to break her heart and that means free sex for him. Jake is a person who really doesn't do love in any type of way, he really doesn't care and thinks that his parents will find him a future wife, as he says now is the time to party and live a life you can't after you are married. The last person left is Liam, he was my first friend out of all of them and when I was little I had biggest crush on him, but that feelings aren't real anymore now we are just friends who have the same routine. He is just like me, he finds a girl and spends the night with her but the next morning he forgets the girl's name. Not very nice, but everyone is used to it and still girls want to sleep with him. He is perfect tall, muscular, has black hair, amazing smile and dark green eyes. Who wouldn't want to sleep with him? Even my maids at the house can't stop drooling over him, but still we are friends and that will not change.

For the party I choose tight black dress that isn't even touching my knees. Normally this is the way I dressed for the parties, even if I am not doing anything that doesn't mean I can't dress up. Now I am waiting for Liam to come and pick me up like he usually does, I was choosing from the collection of perfumes when I herd knock on my door "You ready?" Liam said casually "In a minute" I choose one of the most expensive perfume so I can smell good all night long. "What did you get ready for? Someone new you met on a ride home?" Liam said as I was opening a door and sitting inside of the car "No? Can I at least look attractive without all of you asking me if I am going to hook up with someone". He laughed and than at me with his dark green eyes "You always look attractive, what do you mean?" I hate when he does that, I hate when he looks at me like that as I remember I fell in love with those dark green eyes, but I never told him because I didn't want to ruin our friendship. Vivi and Em are always telling me that he checks me out and for sure he would love to hook up with me, but me for the sake of our friendship don't want to do it. I mean he has plenty of girls waiting in line to sleep with him, just as I have plenty of boys wanting to sleep with me, so it isn't that bad.

On a car ride to Jake's house we don't really talk, I am looking outside the window and trying to imagine what kind of party will be tonight, let me explain Jake had the best parties at whole school. Even if he had strict parents, like I have my dad, they are always travelling and that means party night. Normally during the parties there would be alcohol and very loud music, but sometimes he would make people play party games like "spin the bottle" and so on. I hope today we will not have that, but my mission is to drink and have fun with my friends. In my sight I see a big house with a backyard full of people dancing and singing "We are here" he said while he was parking a car not too much far from the house. "I want you to have fun tonight" I said while getting out of the car "Getting rid of me" he said in his most charming voice "Well I thought you will find a girl and-" I didn't even finish my sentence but he cut me off "I thought about what you had said in cafeteria, I will pass tonight also" I burst out in a laughter "You? Skip sex? That is not possible" he rolled his eyes at me "I can say the same for you too, you know" and than I stopped "Fair enough".

We entered the party and it was the biggest one yet so many people came, but not just from our school there were many people from different schools. It wasn't quite a bit, there were balloons everywhere, drinks everywhere it was like a real club. "YO LIAM, AMELIA!" Jake has spotted us and now he will brag about how his party is so cool "WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT MY PARTY ISN'T IT SO COOL?" Liam and I looked at each other like we always do when we enter Jake's party "Dude you ask us every time the same question and we give you the same answer" Liam sounded kind of irritated because of Jake's stupid questions "Well you guys enjoy a party I will go and try to find Em and Vivi" I said as I started walking towards the crowd of people "I HOPE YOU WILL PLAY A GAME THAT I PREPARED FOR US TO PLAY TONIGHT" Jake yelled and I rolled my eyes at him, I am not playing a stupid game as I remember I said that I will not do anything tonight that I would normally do and that is it.

Walking through a crowd to find Em and Vivi dancing together to our favorite song "You are dancing without me?" I tried to tease them for leaving me out but I just couldn't notice their amazing outfits. Emily had a bit longer red dress that was going alongside her body and Vivi had a short sleeveless yellow dress that was a bit looser than mine and Emily's "We just had to! Now join us why are you just standing there!" Vivi grabbed me and pulled me towards them and now the three of us were jumping and singing, having the best time of our life. When the music stopped, of course, I made my way to the table to get a drink "Are you sure that you will not hook up with someone" Liam came out of nowhere "Yup that was the plan" now I am getting angrier, he was acting like my father always questioning me what will I do with my life "Than why are you drinking?" I rolled my eyes and started to leave "Non of your business" and my friend screaming Jake came to me "IT IS TIME FOR THE GAME! WILL YOU PLAY?" I loved him, but sometimes he was just too much for me he had so much unspent energy "I will not but have a good time" I tried to brush it off as soon as I could and go back to the dance floor with Vivi and Em. But when I reached the spot there was only Em "Where is Vivi?" she looked at me like I didn't know "Game" I nodded and continued to play the game

After some time of dancing in a crowed someone tapped on my shoulder I turned around to see Liam "Hey, Amelia" he looked kind of shy for some reason "Yes?" I sad looking at him confidently "I have to tell you something..."
