"I started reading and couldn’t put it down. I liked meeting all of the characters and liked how they developed. The plot was interesting and I love that there were no plot holes! Everything made sense and flowed from one event to another. I loved Mia’s introspection. Sometimes she questioned herself and would roll over the same thoughts but I think that is normal and what most of us do until we figure things out. The story had exciting parts and some sad parts but it really helped to round out the story. Very much enjoyed and look forward to reading this author’s planned stories of this world and this family. Oh… maybe explain a little more about Noel??? Maybe as a back story? Would also like to hear more about Gabrielle. "

"First of all, this book was an enjoyable read. It was intertaining to learn more about Nephilim, Foxes and the Renaldi family. I think my favorite part would have to be the mystery of St. Andrews school. The atmosphere, that had been created with rumours and warnings from both Michael and Raziel, gave a bit of a chill, along with the place itself. I wholeheartedly appreciated that. Talking about mysteries, I am intrigued with Noel Renaldi and am waiting to learn more about her later on... I liked the bonds between the characters. Their care was heartwarming, along with the fact, they tried to be honest with one another. The connection with Shadow Wings trilogy, that Mia used to date Zane, was a nice throwback. I recall that fact being mentioned in 'Birthright'. It's just fun to see, how both of these series add to one another. Going onwards, I'll leave a qoute... "The stupid girl that I was." - it is from the St. Andrews chapter. There were other alterations of that phrase. I don't think this should be spelled out like so. We know Mia is a 16 y. o., naive, young etc., she makes mistakes, and that is more than okay! This sentence sounds like it is diverted from a future recollection... Another thing I would want to mention, would be the repetition of information. Emotions were spelled out through such means as well. Also there were a couple missing letters and the like more at the end of the book, where Flint had appeared. In the end, this was a lovely novel. I enjoyed reading it and will continue on with 'Saphire Wings'. Thank you, Misachan, for such endearing stories! ^^"
