Promising but unrefined

"I have read only the first two chapters so far so take this with a pinch of salt. The story seems promising, though somewhat classic (dashing domineering boss + beautiful submissive employee). I stopped reading because of a few too many writing imperfections and, mostly, a ceaseless pov change which gave me a headache. But I'm willing to give it another chance if it gets a bit revised. "
