It is a dark and snowy night around a large, medieval like, castle with lights shining out the small windows, though one side of the castle is like a shinning sun, and it has attracted a hovering, dark object, that looks like an octopus in the distance (with its multiple arms dangling below) but as it got closer to the large, bright side of the castle its shape began to take form as mechanical with a rotating 360 degree oval shaped head with a single white light for an eye to reveal itself as a large droid with a small, white lettered, inscription on the side that says, “V-1”. V-1 approached the bright side of the castle till it reached a stoned stepped balcony leading counter-clockwise away and towards the large windows. The droid ascended upwards and towards one of the large windows and zoomed in with its single, white light eye to reveal people clapping and dancing inside. The droid kept watching, even as it approached and stopped just to the right and out of view at the far large window and said, “Meep, meep.” In a low, cautious tone. It watched as men, women and children of all ages either danced, singed or ate as V-1 observed from the outside (with both its antennas raised) and noticed that in all these festivities, it saw no droids at all. The droid stated (with a sound of irritation), “Meep, meeded, mep, mep.” And it scanned though its own database and analyzed (from what it saw) that these people live in a later medieval like society. V-1 relayed, “Mep, mep, meeded, meep, meep, mep.” And it slowly moved closer to the window when one of its sensors began to make a soft (not audible on the outside) beeping noise and a label “Distant sensor” flashed green on its display. The droid accessed the distant sensor and it displayed the words on its visual, “Unknown metallic elements detected 80.5962 kilometers at 40 degrees.” V-1 turned to the right and saw the large, snowy mountain that is closest to the castle and saw the scanner tracing a path towards and upwards in a green, lite path till it stopped at a flashing green dot that indicates a cave. The droid made a soft whistle before it sounded, “Meeep, meeded, mep, mep, meep.” And after one last look at the people eating and partying inside, it moved away from the window and kicked up a fluff of white snow as it sped away (mechanical arms still holding stiff below its body), down the steps, through the length of the outside of the castle, through the various shaped, snow covered, hedges and then out of the property as it sped into the forest and towards the coordinates that its sensors wanted the droid to go and find out what the metallic elements are.

V-1 rushed through the dead, winter forest like a high flying dark octopus when all of a sudden the droid stopped and sounded, “Mep, mep.” And there is a sound of a howling wolf close by. V-1 extended its two, long antennas and rotated its head every 45 degrees at two second intervals till it spotted the first wolf. The white and grey wolf had yellow eyes with a single, one foot, horn in the center of its head as it snarled at and five more of its pack appeared, surrounding V-1, each either snarling or approached silently at V-1 with their fangs barred and ready to pounce. V-1 made an angry, “Meep, meep.” As the wolves approached it when suddenly one of them barked and V-1 instinctively turned its head in the barking wolfs direction and at the same time another ran and jumped at V-1 from behind and just as it opened its mouth a red blaster beam fired from behind V-1 and struck the wolf’s midsection, sending it cartwheeling and made a single yelp before landing on its back, hard in the snow. The rest of the pack took a step back and looked frightened at first but then they began to bark at V-1 and V-1 gave a warning, “Mep, mep, meep, meep.” And raised one of its robotic arms and a little spark issued forth to reveal itself as a cattle prod. This, though, did not make a difference as the rest of the wolf pack ran and attacked V-1, only V-1 is fully prepared for them and as the closest one jumped V-1 fired its blaster and struck the first wolf in the face and yelped in pain, sending it cartwheeling back into a snowbank and another wolf got hit and shocked by the cattle prod and the wolf yelped in pain as well, sending it moving to the side (midway as it jumped) and landed on its belly and rubbing itself on the snow. The forth wolf got clubbed (and yelped in pain) across the face by another of V-1s arms while the fifth is grabbed by the throat by another arm (this one with claws) and it thrashed, snapped and foamed in the mouth as it barked at V-1 while the other remaining two wolves paced around V-1s perimeter and snarled at it, all the while V-1 watched (as if ignoring the wolf it held in its grasp) when in a split second it snapped the wolf’s neck with ease and dropped its body in snow, below V-1, with a muffled thump sound. The remaining two wolves immediately stopped snarling and pacing, as they both looked at their dead fellow wolf, and one of them made a whimpering sound as they both turned their heads back at V-1 and after a few (silent) moments, V-1 said, “Meep, meep!” With enthusiasm as it extended its cattle prod arm again and revealed a small spark, sending the remaining two wolves running away, leaving V-1 alone with the three dead wolves surrounding it. V-1 scanned the surrounding area and once it sensed there are no wolves or other threatening natural forces surrounding it, V-1 stated, “Mep, mep.” Dropped both its antennas, looked back in the direction of the mountain and kicked up some snow below and behind it as it resumed its path towards the mountain and metallic signatures.
