Hello my name is Bella, I’m fourteen years old. I am what you would call a special child. I was first started to be called that on my thirteenth birthday….
Chapter 1
I opened my eyes and sat up in my bed, I looked around my room. I looked at my door and saw my calendar. I took the blankets off my legs and swung my feet off my bed, I stood up and walked to my door. I looked at the calendar and looked at the day. It was my birthday! I opened the door and walked down the stairs. I walked to the kitchen and sat down at the table. “Good morning mom!” I said and looked at my mom and smiled. “Good morning honey, and happy birthday!” My mom said she turned around with a plate in her hands. My mom walked over to me and put the plate in front of me. I looked down at the plate and saw eggs, bacon, blueberries, and some small strawberry pancakes. I looked up at my mom and she was coming over with another plate and two glasses of milk, she sat the glass of milk in front of me and sat the other plate and glass of milk on the other side of the table and sat down.
Mom looked at me and smiled, “So what are you going to do today?” mom asked me. I was picking at my food then looked up at her, “Well..I’m pretty sure Olivia said she will bring me to a park so we can hang out for a while” I answered. Mom looked at the clock then back at me, “Well what time is she going to pick you up?” mom asked. I looked down at my food and thought
“ I’m pretty sure at 9:30,” I replied. I grabbed my fork and knife and cut into one of the pancakes and put the piece of pancake in my mouth. Mom turned her head to the clock again and said, “ well I suggest you eat your breakfast quickly because it is 8:19”. I looked at the clock then back at my food. I picked up my fork and knife and dug into my food. Once I was finished with all my food I thanked my mom, put my dishes in the sink and went up the stairs and went into my room.
I closed the door behind me and walked over to my dresser. I opened some drawers and picked out some clothes then I sat all my clothes on the dresser and walked over to my closet and opened it. I pulled out a blue fur jacket and some boots. I closed the closet and walked back over to my dresser. And put down the shirt and boots and got dressed. I walked over to my desk and opened a drawer. I took out a knife, some bandages,a watch, and some money. I closed the drawer and walked over to my nightstand. I grabbed my phone and walked over to my door. I looked at the time then opened the door and walked out of my room and went down the stairs to the living room.
Once I walked into the living room I saw Olivia sitting on the couch talking to my mom. I walked behind the couch and put my hands on Olivia’s shoulders. “AHH WHAT THE-” Olivia screamed as she turned her head and looked at me. She started to smile and stood up, “For one don’t scare me like that again and two Happy birthday Bell!” Olivia said while walking over to me. Olivia raised her arms around me and hugged me. After a few seconds she let me go, still smiling, “Well? Should we go or stay here for a couple more minutes?” She asked me. “Well I need to grab a few more things if you don’t mind.” I replied, Olivia looked at me for a moment then shrugged, “Yeah okay! I’ll be waiting outside once you’re ready to come out then let the adventure set off!” Olivia excitedly. Olivia walked to the door, opened it and left the house.
I walked in the kitchen and grabbed some food. I left the kitchen and walked back to the living room, I walked over to the couch. “Bye mom I love you!” I said, Mom looked at me and smiled, “bye honey I love you too, have fun and don’t get hurt okay?” Mom replied, “okay mom i won’t” I replied back.
Chapter 2
I walked out of the living room and to the door, I opened the door and went outside. I closed the door behind me and walked over to Olivia. “Well, are you ready to go now?” Olivia asked, I looked at her and nodded as we started walking down the sidewalk, saw Olivia looked at a bush with a worried look on. “What’s the matter?”I asked concerned, Olivia looked at me still having a little worried look on her face, “it’s nothing lets just go”. I was confused but didn’t argue. Me and Olivia walked a couple more miles till we arrived at our destination ‘Waki playground’...
“Why are we here? This place is shut down..” I asked, Olivia looked at me smiling, “Well remember when we were younger? We would always come here..so i decided to bring you here for one last time before it gets taken down” Olivia said. I just stared at her, then I looked at the playground. It still looks like the day I first saw it.. Olivia grabbed my hand and started dragging me over to the playground.
“Okay what do you want to do first?!” Olivia asked excitedly, I smiled “how about..we go to the roundabout!” I said, Olivia and I ran over to the roundabout and I sat down and held on to one pole and she held onto one of the other poles and started running and jumped on. We spinned in circles for a couple minutes. After a while we ran over to the playset and had a race to go see who would make it to the slide..Olivia won. We continued to play in the playground and it felt like we were kids again. After a while me and Olivia got tired and sat down on the grass.
Olivia and I stared up at the cloud and pointed at the clouds that looked like shapes. “Hey bell i’ll be back” Olivia said while getting, I looked at her, “where are you going?” I asked. “I’m going to the restroom but I’ll be back in 5 minutes!” Olivia replied, I sat up and watched her leave, I layed back down and closed my eyes.
After what felt like forever I saw Olivia walking back towards me, but she was acting differently..she was smiling at me weirdly and staring at me without blinking and she had her hand behind her back..? I stood up and looked at her, “What are you doing oliv?” I asked her nervously while back up, Olivia slowly started pulling her arm away from her back. I watched as she slowly pulled out a kn!fe. I looked down at the kn!fe got up, turned around and started running. I kept my eyes on Olivia but also kept my eyes on the path in front of me. I saw Olivia start following me but instead of running or jogging she started walking.. Once we got to the end of the playground area..there was a fence..I looked behind me again and saw Olivia getting closer to me and she was only 5-6 feet away..I looked back over to the fence and put my hands and feet on the fence and started climbing, once i got to the top i looked down and jumped..I felt my foot turn to a bad position and felt extreme pain in my ankle and foot. I felt tears start to form in my eyes then turn around to look at where Olivia is. She was on the top of the fence and was about to jump down..I looked in front of me and saw a forest. I started running as fast as I could with my ankle. I was getting closer to the forest but Olivia was getting closer as well, I kept running and got farther for Olivia, everything hurt but i kept running.
I turned my head once and again and looked at Olivia. She was a bit farther from me but still had a grin and wide eyes.. I turned my head back around and realized I was in the forest now.. I started running faster now trying to lose Olivia, I know I can’t go back home because she will most likely find me there.. After a while of running I was growing more tired, I looked behind me and saw that Olivia wasn’t behind me anymore. I looked back in front of me and saw a bush, I ran towards it and sat down. I pulled out my bag and grabbed some bandages. I wrapped it around my ankle, I can’t tell whether it’s broken or sprained but I think the bandages might help for now..I got up and looked around trying to find olivia.she was not where to be seen. I got up and started walking farther. I know if she is still behind me she will catch up sooner or later. After a while of walking I looked behind me again and noticed a figure in the distance. I got scared and started running again. Kept running but when I looked back I saw Olivia only a couple of feet away from me and when I looked in front of me again I saw a cliff in the distance..I kept running and was about to turn till i felt a pair of hands push me against the cliff causing me to fall against in cliff..
I pushed myself towards the cliff trying to get away from the person. I closed my eyes tightly holding my arms up trying to protect my head and had my legs to my chest. I felt someone put their hands on my arms away from my face. Felt my hands get put to my sides and someone put their hands on my chin lifting it up..I opened one of my eyes and saw..Olivia. She still had her eyes on me but somehow the look in her eyes weren’t looking like she would kill me in a second but instead a soft look but she still had her wide smile plastered on her face..
“Why are you running from me..I thought we were best friends Bella ″ Olivia asked with a semi soft tone.. I just stared at her. I didn’t know what to say, “Answer me,” Olivia said. I felt my head be shoved against the cliff. I felt bl0od drip down from the side of my head and down my face..I opened my eyes and looked at Olivia, She lifted the kn!fe and threw the kn!fe at me..I felt it scratch my face.. I looked at my side and its tip was stuck into the cliff.. I looked back at Olivia but I didn’t see her… I stared into the woods for a couple seconds..I was tired..so I closed my eyes and took a nap..a long nap…
Chapter 3
When I opened my eyes I noticed I was in a black space.. I started walking forward trying to find a light switch or at least a wall..I felt like i been walking forever.. I saw someone or something? I paused but started walking towards them.. I felt like forever till I was only a couple feet away from them..I heard crying.. I reached my hand out to put my hand on their shoulder.
…I watched as they turned their head all the way around…they had no eyes..and blood and a purple liquid was leaking down from their face..they had crystal shards stabbed into their face with the same purple liquid dripping down each place they had the shards in..They had a smile on their face and pins put in each side of their smile..
I stepped back and put my hand down..the person started getting up..once they were fully up they walked towards me…I froze I stared at them..they were only a couple feet away from me.. “It’s all your fault..” They said I stared at them till I realized who they were.. I watched them walk towards me again and push me down.. I looked down at the ground and started crying slightly… “It’s all your fault…It’s all your fault…it’s all your fault” I heard them say..closed my eyes then opened them again..
I was laying in a bed in a purple/blue room. I sat up and saw medicine and other medical stuff.. I looked around and tried to get up..My vision started to turn blurry.. I sat back down and the bed. I looked around trying to find a way out. I knew I couldn’t go through the door because there might be people in front of the door..I saw a window, it was at the left side of the room. I got up again and limped to the window. I held onto the wall and looked out the window. I was at least 2 floors off the ground..I could try jumping but that would risk hurting my ankle more and could break one of my legs..
I opened the window and climbed on to the edge of the window and let my legs hang from the window. I looked behind me and looked at the door. I saw the doorknob turn and the door start opening.. A person walked in. They had a clipboard and a pen, they were wearing a jacket that was white and had crystal shards sewed on it. I turned fully around and looked at them, they were looking at the bed with a scared face on, “hello sir” I said quietly. The man looked at me in shock, “What are you doing! get down from there?!” The man screamed and started running over to me. Without a second thought I closed my eyes and fell back…
Chapter 4
I felt myself fall..then felt something soft under me..I opened one of my eyes and looked at what was under me, there were leaves.. I opened my other eye and looked around me. I was inside of one of the bushes. I put my hands on the side of the bush and made a small gap big enough so I can see what is happening outside.
I saw people running around and yelling at each other, they were wearing the same clothes as the man in the room. I heard someone say “James you saw them jump out the window why didn’t you try to stop them!” and someone else say “ I was about to but they already jumped!”. I watched as the person slapped the other and walked past the bush I was in..I waited a couple seconds till i knew the cost was clear and crawled out of the bush. I walked over to the person and looked at them, they had their hands over their eyes and had tears flowing down their face..
“Are you okay sir?” I asked him quietly, He quickly pulled their hands away from their eyes and looked at me. “w-what? How did you survive the fall?!” he replied quickly. I watched him reach into his pocket and grabbed his phone, “Wait before you do anything, why am i here and where am i?” I asked quickly, the man looked at me and frowned. “well..I found you against a cliff so I brought you to this hospital and we found out your ankle was broken so we were trying to help..” he replied softly. I looked at him and looked down, “Sorry I did that sir..” I said, I looked up and saw him smile at me, “It’s okay..do you mind telling me your name?” he said, “um..My name is Bella, what’s your name?” I replied, “My name is James, But you can call me whatever makes you comfortable” He replied back. I smiled at him and he smiled at me back, “Uh so do you want to go back into the hospital room?” He asked, I nodded and we walked back into the hospital. James had to explain what happened and he took me back to my room. I sat back down on my bed and looked at James, “You won’t jump out the window again, right?” James asked me, “I would neverrrrr..” I said slowly, “mhm sure” James said walking to the side of the room where a counter was. James picked up a bottle full of a pinkish-purplish liquid and grabbed a spoon then turned around and walked towards me. “Okay Bella, I’m going to need you to drink this okay?” James said, “What is it?” I asked. “Its mediation its is something that help heal your ankle” James replied, I looked him but I opened my mouth and he put the spoon in my mouth and i closed my mouth and swallowed the liquid, “until your ankle is better, the healing will take 1-2 weeks because due to the special ingredients in the mediation.” James explained, I looked at him and felt my head start to hurt. “W-why does my head feel like it’s going to explode?” I asked, “Oh! Well one of the effects are headaches and it could also cause you to pass out due to the pain” He replied. I looked at him for a minute till I closed my eyes and passed out.
I opened my eyes and sat up quickly, My head started hurting. I’m guessing that was karma for sitting up so quickly. I looked around the room, nothing was different and there was also nobody in the room. I lifted the blanket off me and slid my legs off the bed and stood up. I limped over to the counter and saw some papers. I grabbed one of the papers and started reading it,

Reason for arrival : Found passed out against a cliff with a stab mark on the right leg and a broken ankle and a knife stuck in stabbing into the cliff near their face..”
I finished reading the paper and slowly set the paper back down on the counter..I stood looking at the paper till i collapsed on the floor. I sat there for a couple minutes thinking..I stood up after a bit and walked to the door. I slowly opened the door wide enough for me to see what was happening outside. People were moving around into different rooms and running out with different things in their hands..I saw someone with a clipboard walking towards my door. I quickly shut the door and ran to my bed. I closed my eyes and acted like I was sleeping. I heard my door open, I opened one of my eyes enough to see what was happening. There was a man with a couple needles and a clipboard, the man put the needles on the counter and grabbed a chair and walked over to my bed and put the chair down on the right side of my bed and sat down. I saw the man pull a pen out from his jacket and put it on the clipboard, I felt him gently shake me.
I slowly opened my eyes, acting as if I just woke up, I looked at him and frowned “who are you?” I asked in a “tired” voice, “My name is Gin but I prefer if you call me Mr Gin, ms bella” The man replied in a flat voice. I looked over to the counter and pointed at the tray, “What is that?” I asked, “erm, Those are medicines to help you” Mr Gin replied, I knew he was probably lying but i just nodded and sat up. I saw Mr Gin get up and walk over to the counter where the tray was, He picked a needle and walked back over to me. “I need to get a blood sample from you, is that alright” Mr Gin said. I looked at him for a sec then nodded. “Can you please give me your arm?” Mr Gin said.
I held out my arm. Mr Gin put a wipe on the part of my arm where he’s going to stick the needle on my arm, and wiped it. He then stuck the needle in my arm. He pulled the plunger back, I watched my blood start to fill up inside the barrel. He pulled the needle out of my arm, and put a bandage on my arm. He stood up and walked back to the counter and put the needle on the tray and picked the tray up. “Thank you Bella, If you need anything just push that button next to your bed and one of the nurses will come up okay?” Mr Gin said, walking to the door. I looked over to the side of my bed and saw a button against the wall. I heard my door open and close. I turned over to the door and saw Mr Gin gone. I layed down on the bed and closed my eyes.
Chapter 5
I looked around me, It was pitch black. I started walking, I saw a dime purple light a bit ahead. I walked a bit faster and broke into a sprint. The light got closer and brighter the faster I ran. After running for who knows how long I lost my breath and I stopped running. I bent down and I looked down trying to catch my breath and saw the glowing purple light in the corner of my eye. I looked upwards a bit and saw a crystal.
I bent down and sat in front of the crystal and stared at it. I reached my hand out in front of it and grabbed it. I picked it up and brought it closer to me. I looked at it mesmerized, it had a beautiful purple glow and was in perfect shape.
I started feeling an intense pain coming from my feet. I looked down towards my feet. Crystals were growing up from my feet and up to my legs. I looked at the crystal and saw more crystals climbing up my arms.
