Chapter 1
Senior year in Luckwood High and I was ready for whatever was coming my way. I have been homeschooled since the incident, but today I can finally go to a public school. Mother was cooking eggs and bacon in the kitchen while dad was getting ready for work. Mom works as a remote online 1st-grade teacher, while dad is a lawyer. I used to have a sister, she was bullied so badly and never told anyone, she then took a bullet to her head and killed herself. I was 10 when it happened, she was 14. My sister’s name was Mary Moore. Now it’s only me, my mom, my dad, oh and my big brother Adam, but he is in college. “Honey come on you’re gonna be late for your first day!” Mom said. “Coming!” I yelled while trying to get my shoelaces tied. When I finally got my shoelaces tied and backpack on, I ran downstairs and grabbed my breakfast before running out the door to the bus. When I walked onto the bus, I felt like I was getting watched, because I was…by everyone. I sat down by this girl, who was chewing her gum so loud it sounded like she was about to die from starvation. When I got to school, I noticed everyone was looking at me and whispering. I was confused, till I knew what it was about. “Oh my god, it’s the girl with that sister who killed herself.” One kid said to another. “No way!” The other said. This is gonna be such a great senior year.
