As I said the words, I had been waiting to say for five years I saw a look of pain in his eyes. Lillian Bloodkiss reject you Dylan Moonhound as my mate and will not be accepting the position of Luna of the Moonhound pack! Those few words would change my fate forever. Dylan Moonhound accept your rejection of being my mate and luna. I was confused. Why hadn’t I felt the pain of rejection but I didn’t care. Before he could say anything else I left him crying on the floor. I had done what I wanted to do so there was no point in staying here. I walked out of the packhouse and into the forest. I have alpha blood and I was told I was supposed to lead my own pack some day and I decided that day is today. Once I got to the border I did the only logical thing I could think of. From today forward I Lillian Bloodkiss cut all ties to my pack and will be known as a rogue. As I stepped over the border I felt my pack link break. I was finally free.
