Chapter 1: Helpless
~Chloes P.O.V.
I was sitting in the courtyard by myself doing work for my history teacher Mr.Ramirez because I had him all day for one class plus I felt safe around him.
So I started to get bored so I left the courtyard and started wondering the halls because I was that bored plus my ride was still grading papers (yes Mr.Ramirez takes me home because I stay with him).
But I was wondering the halls when something weird happen and there was a body in the middle of the hallway so I screamed so loud and then I feel a hand cover my mouth so I just closed my eyes and passed out in the persons arms and then next thing I know is that I am being lifted up in a vehicle and then the door closes and the drivers side open and closes then we drive off and I fall asleep.
When I open my eyes I turn and see Mr.Ramirez and so I just smile and then when I think we are going to his house we aren't on his street we are on my street because I have to get the rest of my stuff from my old house and so I tell Mr.Ramirez to stay in the truck and wait here for me. I run up to the door and take the key from under the mat and use it to unlock the door and go in and thats when I see the MONSTER sitting on the couch smirking at me so I dash to my room and finish packing my shit so I can go.
While I'm packing my stuff I feel someone grab me from behind roughly and its the MONSTER and he leans down to my ear and tells me 'If u fucking scream I will make it hurt more and then I will kill you' . So I knee him and stab him with scissors on my desk really hard and grab the rest of my shit and run to the truck and get in and tell Ryan to just drive us home and I fall asleep in the truck on the way home.
When I wake up I am in my bed and then when I look toward the door Ryan is at the door with a few more boxes so I get up and help him bring the rest of my stuff in and then he leaves and so I unpack everything else and put it where it goes and then I head downstairs to the kitchen to see Ryan talking to two beautiful ladies who I think are his mom and sister so I slide behind him and sit on the floor next to his feet because I instantly got dizzy from standing up to long because I have OrthostaticHypertension which is why Im sitting on the floor and so then I lean against the cabinets and close my eyes and then I feel someone lift me up and it is yet again Ryan and so he cares me to the couch and he sits down with me in his lap and then when I look up his mom and sister are bringing me fruit and juice.
