Absorbing

"I enjoyed this story -- I'm a little sad that the author seems to have stopped it, based on the review being from three years ago. I was a little confused at the start about the difference between Sam and Nick, and the mentions of Crystal and Whitney, but soon got it sorted out as more detail was added. The one thing I saw that could use more research is about what private school is like. Private schools are much small than public schools, like 300 kids instead of 2,000, so unless the campus is really spread out, it wouldn't feel overwhelming to a new student. Also, since there are fewer kids in a class -- like 18 -- and since Marcus is apparently sitting the second row of the class, there's no way they could have a long conversation so close to the teacher. Check out the school menus, too, as they wouldn't have chicken tenders for lunch. They pride themselves on upscale, healthy food. They usually have meal stations where kids might get a power smoothie, make a salad, or try a new superfood. Here's a good explanation: https://www.culinartgroup.com/independent-school-dining/. Otherwise, good writing and an absorbing story. I hope to read more from you."

I really can’t say…I haven’t read enough! So far it’s just about a few High School boys talking about a new girl being transferred to their school .

"I really can’t say…it’s too soon for me to give an opinion right now. So far, it’s just a few high school friends taking about a young girl being transferred to their school. To be honest, I don’t know if I will recommend this book, so far. I have to read more! I rated this book, so far ⭐️⭐️⭐️"
