Chapter 1
Social media has taken up our lives. We always need to check our notifications , we can not sit in silence for two minutes, We prefer to text then talk. We open up all our secrets and personal information on social media but we don’t share anything personal to our parents because it’s uncomfortable. Is this how our generation will be?
We believe everything on social media, we believe how we should dress, act, what to eat and who to be with all because of social media. No one likes in-person interactions now? Yes anxiety, depression, and others like these mental health issues people face but our generations, the Gen Z are facing these mental health issues a lot, the rates are increasing. Why is that? We need to stop believing everything on social media. The news, advice, and issues can be fake. We need to stop letting social media take so much of our lives, we need to stop being slaves of social media, we need to stop the social dilemma.
