Chapter 1
Is the Moon Goddess ever wrong? Some say no but could she be? I want her to be so wrong for how could she match me with my bully? I know I’ve asked a lot of questions without giving up any answers so let’s start from the beginning.
My name is Selene Luna Light and this is the story of how I came to be and meeting my mate.
I was born to the alpha of Light pack and his mate. Now being borne to a mated pair is nothing new in my world but no one even knew my father was mated till I came along or who my mother was and many would never know. Only minutes after I was born I was sent though a moonbeam to my father on the first full moon of the year right in front of the pack as they were getting ready to run. Many thought I was a witch or a demon but I was a wolf and so much more. Many wanted to kill me right then and there ,but once my father saw me he knew who I was and saved me.
My father named me Selene after my grandmothers. Many thought it was just his mother I was named after for she too was named Selene but I was named for my mother’s mother and Luna because of how I came to him. Many females of the pack hated me for their chance to be Luna or alpha female was gone. As I grow many would bully me for not being like them or just because it stopped them from being bullied.
