Chapter 1,form room
It was early in the morning and I just couldn't be bothered to get up until Tori and Oliver ran in jumping on my bed with huge smiles on their faces and a giggle in their tones I tried pushing them away but they were both too strong. I sat up in anger staring at both of them until mum walked in with my uniform and that's when I hide once more crawling back under my covers and feeling the warmth of my bed but it didn't last long as Oliver took my sheets and Tori opened my curtains exposing me to the nasty sunlight I looked at both of them with the deadliest look I could give but I gave up getting out of bed and changing it was ok getting up I didn't mind as in face it got a bit better as I knew I was going to be able to see Nick. I made it downstairs with the hope of today being good but it got hard as the bed placed a huge bowl in front of me I thank him and stared at it for a while until he noticed.
Jamie"Charlie? please eat what you can ok don't push yourself if you can't"
Charlie"ok, dad thank you for this tho"
I smiled at him as I picked up my spoon seeing his smile grow until I finally ate. I left a small amount in the bowl but I could still feel how proud he was of me I could see that on everyone but mum. She sat there with her head in her book staring at the words and rowling her eyes I knew it was hard for her as well but I didn't need her to act like this.
A couple of minutes went by and I and Tori raced out to the bus stop to see all our friends and new students it was so strange knowing some of the girls were going to be walking around the boy's school and see some kids I use to see in form wear their black uniform for A-levels it was just strange but it made me happy. I sat on the bus in silence until we made it to our last stop and Harry walked on he raced behind us and sat down before staring out the window and with that, I knew this year was going to be different. The stop for the school was about to come up but I couldn't help but feel a nervous bug flying around and telling me all sorts but it slowed down as we stopped and I saw Nick standing there with his phone in hand and smile on his face I raced off the bus and into his arms I could help but kiss his cheek and see the blush grow until I noticed the uniform.
'black, 2 years left, you look beautiful ' I said with a small hold before he brought me closer and kissed my lips like we were the only people in the world. Everyone cheered until I felt the soft touch of Tori on my shoulder before she walked off inside the school with some of her mates it was all strange I was year 11 Nick was year 12 and Life was going my way for once nothing could bring me down. We started to walk and even pick up some of our friends on the way until we came across a formula door or where a door was I froze not knowing how to feel until I felt his touch.
Nick"they got rid of that room thing, good"
Charlie"you think Ben knows"
nick"Char! who cares this is a huge step be happy"
I looked at Nick in joy before holding his hand and dragging him down to our form room we shockingly got there early but we didn't mind we sat in our seats Nick in the corner on the right while I was on the end at the left facing the rest of the class it was simple we sat alone for a while I read my book while Nick looked at all the new artwork the school had placed on the walls until the halls got louder and louder and that's when the door swung open and the nasty brats of this world walked in but I didn't mind as everyone was so nice walking in and waving at us before heading to their seats and talking for the rest of form. 9:15 first lesson maths it was chill as I sat in the back with Toa he was talking about Elle and how close they had gotten over the holidays but I couldn't focus as my phone was going off like mad it was like I was the most amazing news everyone could hear about but to my shock, it was nothing happing as it was just some stupid drama and shit that Tori had said.
I sat in the back of the class pulling out my phone and seeing everything happen until the bell went and Harry ran past my class yelling my name hearing that was terrifying as it was normal to harm me or to find Nick but this time it was sad, for me. I left my lesson with everyone trying to stay out the eye of Harry but he sadly found me and pulled me to a side like a stranger. He leaned his arm on the wall and looked at me with baby doll eyes like one of those k-pop idols when they tease the fans with fake romantic. It was strange I felt like throwing up it was just not like Harry and for him, to do that to a guy was just weird. I pulled his arm down and stared at him in his eyes before he started to speak.
'Charlie! Ben's after you and Tori... well she said something and he overheard ' he said 'I'm worried what if he does something again ' I had no mind of the problem I was just focusing on Nick and his sweet smile and how I could be with him right now but I soon clicked back as I heard Harry's voice become louder I tried to be brave with it and take it but it got too much. Harry yelled at me to take it seriously but I couldn't as his voice grew and my tears fell from my voice I tried coving my ears but he just didn't shut up until I screamed grading attention from everyone and even bringing Nick our way.
'SHUT UP, stop screaming at me please ' I said as my body shook Harry backed up but that didn't stop Nick. He rushed over like a bull that Had just seen red it was a mess he pulled Harry to the side and screamed at him before taking me away.
Nick"what was that about?"
Charlie"Ben overheard Tori slagging him off properly or overhearing her talk about my notebook...it has all about him in it what he did"
Nick"it's ok we can stop him if he tries, you still watching our rugby after school"
I shook my head before rushing off for the rest of my day but I couldn't help but hold Harry's words in my head he was right I should be worried about all the shit that Ben has done I mean he could maybe do worse, he could finally end me for all we know.
