Where it all started
It's been three months since she left me, three long months of feeling like life is no longer worth living. We met five years ago, accidentally ran into her while she was going to work, I had no idea she would've become such an important part of my life.
Flash back four years ago
"God I'm already an hour late to delivering this meal I'm so fired" I said as I ran as quickly as I could with a pizza in my hand, as I continued to run a random woman was on kneeled down on the floor, I tried bracing myself to not hit her but I was going to fast and I ran into her, we were both on the ground she said "dam that really hurt doesn't people watch where they're going anymore like I just finished picking these papers up" "I'm really sorry mam I didn't mean to run into you like that I was just... The pizza!" I yelled as I opened the box and saw the pizza was messed up "well now I'm fired, let me help you pick those up" I said, the woman replied as she looked at "thank you, what's your name sir?" "I'm Joshua and you are?" I asked "Julie" she replied with a smile on her face, we locked eyes for what felt like an eternity, even though I had just met this woman it felt like I knew her all my life, for the first time I believed in the word soulmate "well thank you for helping me pick all of this up" Julie said, I replied "no problem I'm the one that bumped into you after all, it looks like a lot to carry by yourself can I help you carry them?" "I'd like that a lot actually but I'm sure you have to deliver that pizza to someone" Julie said, I replied "oh that pizza is ruined and I'm already way to late to deliver it so I'm probably getting fired anyway" "then I'm going to that office building across the street I'd really appreciate the help."
Present day
*Phone rings* "hello Joshua here" I said as I answered the phone "Joshua this is Julie's mom Rachel, I've been trying to get in contact with you for over a week now to say Julie ended up in an accident and she... she died, her funeral is tomorrow please come I know she would've wanted you to he there, she loved you so much even if she left you and I know u still love her to so please come." Rachael said before the phone hung up.
This is the first chapter of my book finding her I hope everyone likes it and please tell me what I should do to improve my writing I haven't been writing in a while cya in the next chapter.
