Chapter 1 | The Simple Life Vs. The Mafia Life
Blakely’s POV
“Cass?” I asked looking around the small resturant for her.
“Over here B!” She yelled from the corner wiping down the booth that was just sat in?
“Do you mind closing today?” I asked and she shrugged.
“If you need me to sure.” She said and I smiled.
“Thanks, my brother’s having his wedding on wendsday and he’s flying the family out to Florida tonight so I have to find a dog sitter ASAP.” I said and she laughed.
“Why didn’t you say so babe, I love Rocky, Bear and Deisle.” She said and I smiled.
“Thank you so much Cass, how much do you need?” She shook her head.
“I don’t need money, I love rottweilers, you know that.” She said and I laughed.
My dad got me Rocky when I moved out because he thought that I would need a gaurd dog but I didn’t think it was fair for her to stay home alone all day so I bought Deisle and before I knew it they had a litter of eight and I kept Bear because he was just so cute, with the money I made off of the other seven and the half a million dollars my mom left me I bought a bigger house with a pool outside and a big place for the dogs to run around, it’s two stories and my room is the biggest with a balconey great for thinking.
“Thanks Cass, I love you so much.” I said and hugged my best friend.
“But there’s one condition, I get to stay at your house while you’re gone.” She said and I laughed.
“Deal.” I said and she laughed a little as well.
Cassidy Lynn was my best friend, she picked me up when my mom died and helped me get this job at the diner that she owns, it’s small but very cute and cozy. She had long light brown hair and the most beautiful green eyes and she had a thick ass.
I mean I had a fat ass and some tits but hers just looked better I guess.
A few hours later I flipped the open sign to closed and told her I was leaving.
“Have a good night, I’ll leave the key where it always is.” I said and she nodded.
“Have fun in Florida, send me pictures.” She yelled back.
“Of course!” I yelled back as I got in my black audi before heading home.
When I got there I was greeted with the sound of twelve paws coming my way.
“Hey you guys.” I said getting on the ground petting them before walking over to the pantry and putting food in their bowls. “Good dogs.” I said as I went to my room and slipped into a white silk night gown before pouring myself a glass of wine and walking out to my living room balcony looking out at the sunset while the dogs ran out and started wrestling with one another.
Some times it feels as if the world is against me, I get it, I live in a decent home and have a loving baby brother and three loving dogs and the best dad I could ask for but something is just missing in my life, my mother was taken from me way too soon and it just feels lonely in this world.
Suddenly my door opened and Luke walked in. “Hey sis.” He said as he walked out and sat out on the balcony next to me. “What’s wrong?”
“Do you ever just feel lonely?” I asked and he shrugged.
“This giant house might not be the best fit if your lonely.” He said and I shrugged.
“It’s not that, like, I feel like someone’s missing aside from mom, like, I just don’t know how to explain it.” I said and he nodded.
“You’re lacking love, and not just motherly love or love from friends and family, but love from a spouse.” He said and I shrugged.
“I don’t know.” I said and he nodded.
“You’ll find someone B, I know you will.” I shrugged again staring out at the now gone sun that left behind a faint orange hugh.
“Are you sure? I’m twenty-three and still haven’t even met the right guy, they always leave me Luke, what if I’m just meant to be alone?” I asked and he shook his head.
“I know that’s not true, you’re the best person in the world and every man deserves someone like you.” He said and I shrugged.
“It doesn’t count if you say it, you’re my brother.” I said and he laughed.
“But I know you better than anyone Blake, you’re kind, caring, innocent and beautiful.” He said and I shrugged taking another sip from the wine.
“If you say so bro.” I said and he nodded as a furry head nudged my hand. “Hey Dies.” I said petting his head.
“And you got some scary ass dogs.” He said and I laughed.
“They are aren’t they.” He nodded.
“Any guy would be lucky to have you.” He said and hugged me. “Let’s go inside you’re shivering.” He said and I nodded.
Ace’s POV
“Ace get down here!” My father’s voice boomed.
“What dad?” I asked as I stepped into the livingroom where he was smoking a segar with my mother next to him.
“Have you picked a wife?” He asked and I shook my head. “If you don’t pick one soon we’ll have to pick one for you.” He said and I shook my head in defience.
“I’m not marrying some Mafia whore.” I said and he stood up.
“You will marry who I tell you to marry or else you’ll lose everything, you’re going to marry a woman in the Mafia so our empire will grow or the empire will go to your cousin.” He said and I shook my head.
“I’m tired of meeting these whores who think they’re badasses just because they have an expencive car, one tattoo, and daddy’s blood running in her veins.” I said and he shook his head.
“I’m tired of you thinking your a badass just because you have my men to back you up when things get tough, you will marry a Mafia princess and that’s the end of it, you have one month to pick one before I do!” He yelled.
“God, I just want to be on my own, why can’t you understand that!?” I yelled before getting on my bike and driving to the nearest club.
“Boss.” David said as he saw me and let me in.
Did I forget to meansion I own this club and many others.
“Hey having a rough night?” A blonde said as she walked up to me putting her hands on my chest before making them wrap around my neck. “How about I make it better?” She said and I put my hands on her hips.
“Not right now, I need a drink.” I said pushing her off me before going to the bar and grabbing a beer and walking out.
I went over to the VIP section and not long after a bunch of woman came and started touching me.
I just simply leaned back and enjoyed the feeling of freedom while it lasted.
I leaned to my right putting my curled finger under a brunettes chin leaning her face up and kissing her.
Her fingers started to undo my jeans and before I could stop myself I was on top of her pounding into her until I came then I kicked her out of the VIP section and enjoyed my drinks.
I know I’m a man whore but I just am trying to fill that void that simply can’t be filled, as many woman as I fuck none of them seem to help my emptiness.
“What’s up man.” I looked and saw Tyson my right hand and best friend.
“Oh you know, just drinking my ass off and trying not to focus on the fact that my dad set a time for when I have to pick a wife or he will for me.” I explained and he nodded.
“Tough, do you ever just think about leaving this life?” He asked and I shrugged.
“Hell, for the right girl I would do anything, none of these whores are enough for me, and I have a feeling none of them ever will be, I wish my dad would just understand all of these woman are whores, I know they will cheat on my and fuck me for the thrill of being with an actual bad boy just to fafill some fucked up fanasy.” I said and he nodded.
“I get it man, you don’t want to have to marry someone just because they want you for the thrill.” He said and I nodded.
“I want a woman who wants me for me, a woman who wouldn’t care about who I am.” He nodded again.
“There’s someone out there Ace, I know it and deep down I know you know it too.” He said and I shrugged.
“My twenty-seventh birthday is in a few months, if I don’t pick someone in a month he will and we’ll be married before you can snap your god damn fingers.” I said and he nodded. “Sometimes I just want to hold a gun to my head and pull the trigger.
“I know man, I know.”
