Edmund Norris, a young, disabled, and tough FBI vet, leads the FBI International Division as its first director and is very protective of his team.

Vash Blackburn, a young FBI agent who specializes in hacking and technical support
AJ Johnson, a newly recruited agent, fresh out of college, who specializes in intelligence and human behavior.
James Colbert, is a career FBI attorney who specializes in international law and legal foreign jurisdictions.
Ellen Lien, Executive Director of Europol from Germany, who works with the United States, the EU, and Edmund's team to ensure EU nations are abiding by the joint treaty and lending support to the FBI International Division where needed, is a longtime friend of Edmund from college.
