Everyone has experienced socks going missing. Where do they go? Take a trip to Sockland and find out. Arnie is a physics student. When he discovers once again that one of his socks has gone missing, he decides to apply his knowledge to tracking down where lost socks end up. He soon finds himself in Sockland, a world completely apart from anything he has known. In Sockland he comes across many strange creatures and wonderful lands and even finds himself helping... Foreword

Many a person has discovered with a curse of rage, an exclamation of frustration or a simple “oh” of surprise that one of a pair of socks has mysteriously disappeared. There are many throughout the world who, having recently bought themselves or been gifted socks, have become dismayed to find one of a pair or indeed one of several pairs all of a sudden missing. It is most certainly a global problem. Billions of times people have dug into their sock drawer and found themselves unable to match the socks they will be wearing that day.

You will see those who discreetly wear two similar socks in the hopes no one will notice. The yellow heeled sock alongside the red heeled sock imagining “it won’t be visible”.

This is a tale spun of one man’s journey. One man’s quest to discover what happens to those mystery socks.

The tale begins with a scientific mind tasked to solve the problem of missing socks, but soon leaves behind science and logic.

This is a journey into Sockland.
