Summary

How long can a person live with regret? What about guilt? For some people, they can either hold it for a lifetime or become a broken shell. For others, however, guilt and regret can also create unexpected consequences. In this tale, an old man finds himself out on a harsh winter’s night looking for shelter when he comes across an old, abandoned farmhouse. As the old man knocks on the house’s front door to see if anyone lives there, little does he realize that he’s knocking on the very entrance of madness itself. What begins as a search for warmth will see this old man face the horrors of a night he will never forget. Told between the lines of truth and fiction, this book dives into the origins of a person who will change the way the entire world thinks unless the world changes them first while making the reader wonder if a person can truly be haunted or if the haunting is truly made up in a person's head.
