Chapter 1: INTO THE FLAMES
Hold it right there! Put your hands up and place them on your head! What is this shit? You heard us Cheyanne, put your hands up and place them on your head. Cheyanne laughed. I’m about to be arrested and sent to prison. Cheyanne laughed manically. This is going to be fucking interesting! Cheyanne Gardner, you’re under arrest for the murder of Alex Monroe! You have the right to be silent, anything you say maybe held against in a court of law. You have the right to have an attorney present. Do you understand these rights given to you? Cheyanne replied, “Fuck all of you!” Just answer the question! Do you understand these rights given to you? I did answer your question and gave my response. I meant what I said, “Fuck all of you?” You have nothing on me to connect with these murders. I’ll be out of prison before you know it! You know I’m right, Crandon! Lt. Crandon told the officers, “Get her out of here now!” I want everyone to search the perimeter for any evidence to convict her of these crimes. The officers search hours any clues to link her to the murders. They told Lt. Crandon about the bad news of no clues found. Lt. Crandon said, “Shit, that’s not good at all!” She had to do this! We need more time to find any clues. You two officers take her to the Twin Towers Correctional Facility. I’ll call Warden Brown about the situation.
Lt. Crandon called Warden Brown. He answered, “Brown speaking, how may I help you?” Warden Brown, this is Lt. Crandon speaking! Yes Lt. Crandon, we’ve been expecting your call! How did it go? We cannot find any evidences to convict her of the crimes. That is not good! I have two officers on their way to your facility. I need you to hold her till we can gather concrete evidence against Cheyanne. Okay no problem, but you only have so much time to gather proof she did this. You and your officers need to find out where she hid the evidence right away. Yes sir! Twenty minutes later, the officers arrived on the scene with Cheyanne. The correction officers took her inside and placed Cheyanne in a cell.
Warden Brown spoke to her saying, “Well Cheyanne, you thought you could get away with murder.” You are going being serving lots of years for killing innocent people; maybe even a life sentence. Cheyanne replied, “Do you actually think you have me in prison for life? Hahaha...you better think again!” What are you talking about? Warden, don’t play dumb with me! Surely you know by now that you need proof of evidence to convict someone of any crime. We have evidence on you! You’re a terrible liar! You don’t have anything against me! You can only hold me in here for so long! After that time has passed, you have to release me from prison! You know I’m right, Warden? This is bullshit! I know it is! Whatever you have to do to find proof against me, I suggest you tell the officers to do their job. Brown walked away in anger and returned back to his office.
Richard spoke, “What the hell is wrong with you?” It’s her! Her who? You mean Cheyanne? Yes! What about her? We got her in prison for my son’s murder. How? We don’t have any evidence to convict her of this crime. Didn’t they search the house for clues? Yes, they did! No clues were found. Damn it! That’s not good at all! You can only hold her for so long; then she’s released from prison. Correct! I told Lt. Crandon to have his officers to continue to search for evidence against her. In the meantime, what are we going to do with Cheyanne? Richard said to Chief Warden Brown, “Hold on for a minute!” He text someone about this situation saying, “Hey now, we had an agreement about getting Cheyanne convicted about my son’s death. I was willing to sacrifice him, so you can be my successor and do anything what I ask of you. If you fail me, then I will broadcast and tell all your dirty secrets in this black book, do you fucking understand me? The person responded saying, “I understand and my solution is call Boston Madison, he will take care of the matter till I arrive there.” Damn good idea, I should have thought of that! I will see you later on. Okay! Richard suggested to Brown, “I have someone in mind who can get the job done right away.” Who would that be? His name is Boston Madison. I have heard many things about him. How will he get Cheyanne to admit about the murder of Alex? Boston has many ways of getting the culprit. Well, by all means, get in contact with him immediately.
Richard called Boston and he answered saying, “Hello Richard, how can I help you?” We have a problem with Cheyanne. How so? Wasn’t Cheyanne convicted of all crimes she committed? That’s the problem! They couldn’t find any evidence against her. Well now, that is a major problem. Where is she at now? She’s being held at Twin Towers Correctional Facility. I’m here also with the Warden. Okay, I know where that is. I’ll be on my way with a full proof plan. What did he say? He’s on the way with a full proof plan. A full proof plan? Yes indeed! When he says that, trust me, Boston will get the proof we need.
An hour later, Boston arrived at the facility and the guard asked him, “Hello sir, may I ask who you are and the reason for the visit?” I’m U.S. Marshal Boston Madison here to see Warden Brown on official business. Hold on for a second sir! The guard called Brown and he replied, “Hello!” Warden, U.S. Marshal Madison is here to see you! Yes, I have been expecting him! Have a guard escort him to my office! Yes sir! Mr. Madison, you can park your car over there and the other guard will escort you to his office. Thank you sir! He did just that. The officer walked with Boston towards the warden’s office. The officer knocked on the door and Brown responded, “Come inside!” Warden Brown, this is U.S. Marshal Madison, here to see you! Thank you officer! Boston said, “Richard, it’s nice to see you again!” Same here, Boston! Warden Brown, this is U.S. Marshal Boston Madison, the best law enforcement officer around the world. They both shook hands. It’s nice to finally meet you Mr. Madison! Please have a seat. I have heard many great things about you. I’m curious to know how are you going to get Cheyanne to speak.
Boston replied, “Well Warden, you know communication is the key to all success.” I am going to disguise myself as a priest/lawyer with a sound proof background story to gain her trust. First, present these set of photos from the crime scene with proof of everything on her for conviction to murder. This will put some kind of fear in her head. I will come in shortly afterwards to take things from there. We are going to videotape the whole conversation between me and her. Give me a little time to gain some trust with her by saying this conversation will be between us. Afterwards, I will ask if your officers can take down the video cams facing her cell from all viewpoints. Here’s the equipment that will be hooked up to the television from my video cam inside my briefcase. I am going to connect this now to the television. Once all of this is done, just turn on the television and you will be watching us and listening to the whole conversation. When I gain her trust, I will get Cheyanne to tell her story from the beginning to the present. She will never know what’s going on behind the scene. Brown responded, “I must say Boston that is one hell of a plan.” Richard was definitely right about you being the best law enforcement officer around. I appreciate that sir. I just do my job and bring criminals to justice. Now, let’s begin with the set of photos with all evidence to convict her of all crimes. I am about to get dressed so we can get this party started. Warden, you present the photos to cause her panic. We’ll watch her reaction from here. Okay no problem!
Warden Brown, along with an officer, walked to her cell to pay her a little visit. Cheyanne spoke, “Well, well warden...to what do I owe this visit?” Brown responded, “I have a little surprise for you!” Oh really, what would that be? Well, you care to explain yourself about these photos. Cheyanne looked and shouted, “What...huh? Where did those come from? How the hell did you get those photos?” These photos must be fake! Wrong answer! These are real. We have everything on you to move forward on your conviction to all the crimes you’ve committed. That’s impossible! You are going to get the death penalty for this! So what? My best friend will get me out of here easily. If your best friend is not a lawyer, then there is nothing that can be done for you. Now smart ass, who has the last laugh, huh? Cheyanne snarled. Let me tell you something warden, “Death doesn’t scare me at all.” You hear me, warden! I will prevail against all odds.
