Abuse of any sort is a trauma but physical can heal more then the mental abuse Mental abuse is hard to forget it’s always their. Sometimes it can be hidden in the back of the mind but it will sometimes sneak out"

"This has gotta be one of my favorite stories I have read. Every chapter keeps me hanging on and wanting to know more! The character development is not too fast or crazy which is great because I feel like we get to see the characters heal and develop at their own rate - which is never linear. Cannot recommend highly enough!!"

"Terrible story, meaning the ordeals she's going through. Need to keep reading through her pain as it triggers something familiar in me. Reading the words of "someone else" kind of helps me get some distance to my old life, working through it"
