Kiyoko
I was in the forest when I saw a black SUV pull into the pack house. I ran back there as fast as my wolf form would let me. When I arrive, I see four people getting out of the black SUV. There was a woman, a man, a boy my age, and a boy my sister, Atsuko’s, age. I am still in my wolf form so I go behind a tree and shift into my human form. When I run behind the tree, the boy my age looks at the tree that I am behind and starts walking over there. That’s when I recognize the boy. He is a popular kid at Mizuki high school. His name is Yamato Kobayashi from the Blackrose pack.
As I was walking out I didn’t realize he was that close already and I ran right into his chest. I kind of flew backward then fell and I hit my head on the tree, next thing I knew everything went black.
*2 hours later*
“Ughhhhh” I groaned, “what happened?” My eyes slowly opened. When they were fully opened, I saw the boy I ran into. “You ran into me and you fell into the tree but you smacked your head pretty hard then you passed out. I carried you back to your house after you passed out.” The boy said. Listening to his deep voice, and all of this makes me turn red when I realize who he was. “Um, thank you, Yamato, “I said quietly. He looked very puzzled. “You know who I am?” Yamato said, confused. “Yea I just don’t know what you’re doing here.”
*flashback*
“Honey, we need to talk to you.” My mother said in a soft voice. “Okay??” I say, very confused. “Sit down.” My father said, Uh oh if this is what I think it is. “Honey, we chose a husband for you.” My mother said very quietly like she was scared of my reaction. “Wait what about my mate? i haven’t found him yet.“I said to my parents. That’s not fair, I wasn’t of age yet so I haven’t really got the scent of my mate yet. I walked away before I got angry.
*End of flashback*
For 2 weeks after that day, I cried myself to sleep every night. I hear someone calling my name while I’m in deep thought. The next thing I know my face feels wet and I feel someone hugging me. I felt warm and happy for some reason. “What’s wrong?”, he asked, “Why are you crying?” At that moment in time, I smelled the exact scent of leather and tea tree. The scents I love. Holy crap. Is he? All of a sudden I heard a growl, he said something under his breath and that’s when I heard it. He said,“Mate.” I was pulled into a massive bear hug by Yamato.
I feel electricity rush through me wherever he touches me.
