"I truly enjoyed this book out of everything I've read of yours which is almost everything. This is one of my favorites. He's in such denial that he can't see he's already fallen. So scared he's betraying his kind, it takes so long for him to think fare wouldn't put her in his path if it was wrong. And the special guest character gave it so much more, comedy depth another level of love. I didn't see it coming. I almost wish she would've popped up in another one. But that's why each book of the series is so unique and not just more of the same. Just goes to show everything happens for a reason and every one we meet was put in our path for a reason. It shapes our own individual worlds. So whether we think so or not every first impression shapes our future. Please keep writing and I'll keep reading. "Keid has a tough journey but always stays true to her purest self and shows kindness despite how she’s been treated. Her prejudiced mate eventually sees her for who she’s been the whole time and realizes his cruelty to her and works to prove to her he wants to change and helps her in her quest to help a questionable witch. I missed 1&2 but read 3 in the series and got by. Of course there’s character connections I wish I knew but the book stands well on its own. Really enjoyed this story!!!"

"I love this book, and the series. But for me, there is something that sets this book apart. It focuses on emotional turmoil. The internal drama tends to get heavy, but you’ll get jolted with a dash of humour. I enjoyed reading about their inner battles and contrasting personalities. Thank you, writer, for sharing your talent ❤️ I sooo love how you name your characters. Also, I always get pleasantly surprised with their witty and unique expressions 😅❤️ SPOILER ALERT! I could not imagine how the main characters, with so much emotional baggage, would prove a great match. Their opposing personalities made them so perfectly made for each other. Keid, with all her insecurities, is the absolute giver! Yes, the witch who deems herself worthless. Ferrer, with his weaknesses, turns out to be the absolute perfect partner! Yes, I’m being redundant. And yes, I’m talking about the bloodsucking bat!"

"I believe this is the 5th book in the series. And if they ever come on paperback, they are MINE. As always the author shows us a part of herself and it’s so beautiful. This book has some hard themes but I promise if you get through them you’ll love her writing as much as I do. Loved this adventure! "

"Ahhh! Loved it so much. It’s incredible how unique the author can make each character and plot line, and the character development is fantastic. World-building also a ten out of ten for those who like lots of lore and gradual buildup. As always, the plot thickens at the end of the book and I’m so excited for the next one.
