As I walk to school I kick the rock in front of me. Im trying to distract my self from my phone. My screen time is 16 hours, i wish I was better but here I am. I lose the rock and I arrive at the school gates.
First day of 11Th grade. As I walk in up to the gym I see my friend wave and she points to a seat ment for me.
“Sup, have you gotten ur schedule?”
“Yea, here gimme yours and I’ll give you mine.” I say as I sit down. We are on one of the top seats on the bleachers. And I look down at the schedule.
“Wait whats this- you have 2 study halls!?” I was furious. She’s my only friend and we now have 2 classes together.
“Yea idk how, but I’m not complaining. I can get my homework done and just do whatever”
I looked over and she looked so proud, it made me mad.
“Come on lets go-“ i start to say but then someone started speaking over me.
“I’m sorry but I think I’ve seen you before-?, I’m new here”
Woah- this guy is tall compared to me, it’s takes me a second to compute that a GUY is talking to me. Usually people dont talk to me, I'm more on the quiet side.
“Uh- um- oh rlly? Uh Thats nice, where?”
I don’t look at his eyes I’m bad with eye contact, and I start to fiddle with my clothes.
“Oh, I’ve seen you around the neighborhood, I’m a couple doors down. I actually know your brother, Joshua hong woods.”
“Oh that’s pretty cool, I’m Y/n-may woods, it’s a double name. But you can just call me y/n”
“Nice, I’m Yoongi min, I met your brother 2 years back. He was at my family restaurant and so I saw him and it ended to us being best friends”
At that moment the bell rings, Im so relieved. I don’t know how to hold conversations that well and that was so awkward for me.
“Way to go, met a cute boy on the first day of school”
“Oh shut up, pop, I didn’t know how to act. Lets just go to class”
Pop was a nickname, her real name is poppy but she hates her name it’s to preppy for her.

I was so bewildered, how did I get roped in this dare? The girl he pointed out has shoulder length, light brown hair and blue eyes. She was sitting with one girl and then a guy came up to her.
“WOAH, looks like mah boy has some competition HAHAHAH”
All the boys where laughing around me. I now gotta show them what the power of this handsome face can do.
