The beginning

Keith's pov

T.W. panic attack, mentions of blood and a stab wound

I wake up in a room with my vitals showing on a monitor. My torso covered in bandages, tight bandages. Just making sure I can’t sit up without a squeeze.

Something moved to catch my attention, I saw a bookcase with a cat on top, an orange tabby cat. It starts moving, as it started walking it started to turn what I think human. “Who are you”

“I am William, could you tell me what you doing in the forest, stabbed, barely breathing.” he asked I froze

“What” I asked I attempted to lean forward "ah heck" I said not use to the feeling on my torso.

He sighed "I said that I found you in the forest against a tree, stabbed, and barely breathing. You seem like you don’t remember very much. Do you know who attacked you.”

I tried to think back. “I was running but I don’t know what was chasing me but I was terrified of it. It-It felt like I was running in circles” I said as my breathing was getting unstable.

My mind going to fast, evil thoughts coming over me. I didn't realize I was sobbing till I felt teardrops on my face.

It all seemed it was coming back. I was rushing trying to pack like I needed to escape. Then it went black. It started to fade into a grayish color. Then I saw it. It's body was was human but it had black horns and a tail with a barbed end. He had some blackish patches of scales on his arms.

I didn't realize I was having flash backs until I heard a voice saying things I couldn't make out a word he was saying. All I could worry about was the monster.

Then I heard something it sounded calmly."Shh It's okay" I heard some footsteps go by. I started to get even more panicked. My head telling me that what ever I saw in the forest was here.

I know it was wrong but I couldn't help but believe it. I felt a pair of arms wrap around me and pull me close. "Hey hey just listen to my breathing and try to match yours." He said. I felt safe, for the first time in a long time I felt safe.

I always felt like people or thing were watching me, planning to hurt me. I closed my eyes and settled down. I didn't want this felling of comfort to ever leave, me and William lied down. "See nothing to worry about" he said as softly and calm as he could mange.

After a few minutes I heard footsteps and then a knock on the door. William got up and walked over to it and answered I tried to look over but all I saw was William’s back. Then I heard a males voice asking what he was doing in here.

William turned to show him where I was laying “Who is he” Asked the other male. “Well my name is Keith and who are you.” I stated “I’m Peirce” he stated.

After a few minutes of awkward silence I see a fluffy kitty with light gray fur. I watched as the cat jump to where William's cat form was laying before I woke up. “Aww that’s a cute kitty” I said excitedly “That is Ray he’s 3 years old” said Peirce.

I tried to lean up. There was some pain but I eventually did it. The other two looked at me like they saw a ghost. I looked down and saw I bleed through my bandages. “What the in darnation” I noted ” I guess we need to change your bandages” William announced

“c’mon Peirce help me get him to the bathroom” “I can walk” I said defensively “Yeah sure you can” Peirce remarked, I attempted to stand. I did for a minute

"Guys I don't feel well" then everything started to get blurry then fading into a grayish color then black and then I felt something cold, hard, and solid and I heard panicked voices then everything went quiet.

Let I'm a god ( with a ton of sarcasm) know what you thought about this chapter!
