Chapter 1

For as long as I could remember, dear mommy Winnie, I’ve had the talent of an author at storytelling. I first discovered it in elementary school where, during era of watching “Star Wars,” “Jurassic Park,” and “Sonic” animated sitcoms, life was aggressive all around. The kids were everyday noisily bullies, the teachers were eagerly rough, and there was hardly anything like fun in the sun even at recess. Even ignored me asking for help, somehow. Always cried for you, cute, chubby faced Winnie mommy! Though some supported me, I never truly found some buddies who would have a touch of enchantment for my happiness out and in school.

Those who read my stories or loved the excitements and sympathetic characters, lightened the load of heavy agony. Who wouldn’t get a kick out of any story invented in anyone’s imagination? But at last, there was no one near who I could relate to who had a dazzling touch at writing any story thrilling, moving, hilarious, or engaging. I really wanted somebody to share the exact same talent--and have that dream of becoming a bigtime shot in Chicago, New York and Hollywood.

I started school after summer with many new friendly, social buddies who I all liked, but none of whom had that ginormous skill and interest of any type of anecdotes. “Making another one of your imaginative narratives, Jonathan?,” asked my bruvver figure Jacob Jones.

Yes, I was joyfully doing what made my life shine most. “Working on out.”

“Hope it will be as gripping as your previous one inspired by Steven Spielberg!” Thought a lot about how to concoct a believable script entertaining my audience 24/ 7. Anything for buddies especially like you, Jacob Jones/ my numba one fan!

English: the perfect course for writers and artists. Of course, any instructor who taught it had some devotion to sentences, grammar, and “lllooonngg” papers. Was this schoolteacher just gonna be another instructor totally aggressive every single day after day to every child? Or something a little more? “How many here love to compose narratives freely?”

Out of 30 wildcats, I was the only one. “Jonathan--”

Someone called my name, which--for literally any person who did it--made me feel secretly terrified to speak in front of many. Must’ve been a special ed student trait. Understood her gesture, yet did she really have to ask a question seeing how many would raise their hand?! Oh my. What was I supposed to answer next in front of many watching?! Softly, she asked, “Why do you like to create plots of your own?”

“Well, I.....”

“Just like to express your creativity?”

“Yes.. And make movies!--”

“Movies??”

Everybody, even the crazy slackers, felt amazed someone, at even such a young age, did activities a professional tried to accomplish. In spite feeling scared and a little teary in my mind about speaking out loud unexpectedly, it was cheery my gift was exposed. Letting me not talk through rest of period showed how she tenderly had a consummate understanding of me.

Right before leaving for 3rd hour, “I love people who make films or craft any diegesis. Want to tell me about any on your own later during Mr. Osborne’s resource room?”

A fan who I had just met? AND seemed to have the same interests with the ability to also enchant people of her checky grammar alongside fascinating scenarios? “Yes, I can.”

“My husband who works here also loves a person of our passion for spiels.”

There was more?! Yes! Others who could come to for collaborations, plus some guidance, on yarning! “He teaches during period six, but I’ll tell him all about this future movie star.”

Receiving that compliment from anyone, especially one who’s as sweet as this saintly friend, would make me practically turn all flattering. “Thank you.”

“You really want to be the next Steven Spielberg?”

I did and I will, Mr. Osborne. Yes, anything to be like the icons Steven Spielberg and George Lucas. “‘Jaws’ is the movie that inspired me.”

“Love ‘Jaws’!,” exclaimed this English teacher who looked and acted like Snow White.

Another fan of Spielberg and any storytelling? Yay! But wait--what would be her most honest opinion about my own stories?! Would she hate them???! “He’s a talented, bright boy,” commented co-ed teacher Mr. Osborne.

“The creativity of ‘Star Wars’ creator he’s got!”

Double J would do anything to brag about any special traits his buddies had (even if it did sometimes mean speaking out during a compensatory education course). “I may even design rides and anything revolved around my ideas--including Nintendo Wii games.”

Potter, beaming with enthusiasm, “You have the imagination to create anything, it seems.”

Gaming, including for my workout machine of a Wii console, was another passion. “Mr. Potter and I do the Wii everyday for a good exercise, maybe with relatives or buds.”

“I, Brandon, haven’t done my work and I’ll never ever complete it!”

Disturbing my time with this soft-spoken work mate, how dreadful! Hardly cared about anyone’s meetings or class assignments. “Brandon!,” shouted Einstein looking study hall mentor, “Sit out in the hall!”

He walked miserably away; really made one feel unwelcomed when witnessing his lazy, insensitive acts. By surprise, “Good luck with the rest of your meeting, Jonathan.”

My, what a pleasant boy he was, taking the time to wish me luck in anything! Ashamed, sadly, he, and also many others, didn’t show as much respect to she whose voice was as loving as Adriana Caselotti’s (Snow White). Really don’t know why even now. “Brandon is a feisty one,” informed her while gingerly feeling less and less startled.

She had the urge to soothingly cheer me up by walking up closer and gently hugging me. How touched I was by a teacher after none had ever displayed the heartwarming snuggle on me. Almost as warming as the ones by you, cute, chubby faced Winnie mommy. Almost.

“I have a twin brother.”

“Jonathan, you didn’t tell me you had a lookalike!”

Of course, Mrs. White, though he with full-blown autism was at Power Middle School’s disability program for well over 2 months. Too bad that Piglet wasn’t functional enough to study alongside his Christopher Robin. “He’s involved with our rival school. Did you know that, Jonathan?”

“Yes.”

Just didn’t think of telling anyone about adorable, non-verbal baby figure and would’ve been too shy to speak about even him, my best friend, to literally anybody. Expressing happy concerns, “You feel ok about your own sibling being an opponent Gladiator?”

“He’s with nice people.”

No need to be on tenterhooks. This greenhorn was wholly dandy with any people who were thoughtful.

“Why’s everyone backing away from me?? I have deodorant on!”

Cute way to say you don’t want your students to be shy. “I could stop running and sit down, eating my Lay’s Chips and get all fat,” taught Mrs. White one day out of the blue in a non-gym period.

“But that wouldn’t help me succeed and make me come off as lazy, arrogant and flabby. I’d instead run without even stopping once and win that cross country or track race. Winning that miles long race is what would make me feel proud then and in the future. Work pays off no matter what it is done for!”

“I stop whenever I feel like it.”

B. Guest wasn’t the best guy to engage with in class. Looking at me with my expression saying, “Please be kind to gentle, smart teacher,” he then commented, “Sorry, Mrs. Potter! Go ahead with what you were teaching, please.”

“Thank you!”

Eyes rolled toward me, “You’re welcome!”

I really did have that surprising but marvelous touch on people, most notably when wanting others to be treated fairly by even the meanest ones. Don’t worry, you had plenty of deodorant on.

“My husband and I love playing ‘Wii Sports’. Do you own any Wii games?”

“I own a lot of them.”

“You play them with your twin brother?”

“And sister.”

“You have a sister?! Who is she?”

“At North Farmington in 10th grade.”

“Her name?”

“Katie.”

That should’ve hinted her who her husband had in 2005. Who wouldn’t forget a bright A-B student mentioned in cross country, volleyball, and track victory announcements? “Katie... Katie Young... Where have I--oh, my spouse taught her all about the dynasties and African ancestors a couple years ago! Bet you two are super competitors in all of your games. Know the friendly feeling!”

Sure you did. Even when seeing or picturing her being aggressive out of yelling or anger, I could still see this Kanga appearing 100 % loving, gentle, and all around happy. It was how I, plus maybe even others, saw her, literally no matter what. Imagine Snow White playing motion control Wii video games!

Out of nowhere, Mr. Osborne left to get better job as counselor at Power Middle School. Please, not the mentor who saved my sinking grade in math! A replacement would arrive ASAP, but I needed care for academics needs from someone always teaching the subject. Maybe also one who’d nurture me in terms of natural school worries with endless warmth for my heart. The Prefixes assignment came along. Oh, mastering un-, re-, pre-, ex-, de-, il-/ im-/ in-/ ir-, mid-, mega-, etc., was a hazzle! Knowing how to spell them all was an even greater hurdle! “Just come up to me if you need any help,” reminded that angelic voice of pure softness.

Learning how to write paragraphs with strong linguistics as prefixes of all assortments was crucial for especially future authors like me, plus the spiel partners involved. (Hadn’t met the 7th grade social studies educator, though). Voluntarily, Liza Minnelli lookalike tutored me one on one with a journal entry I was composing. No other teacher I had--even after 6th grade--offered a helping hand requiring an entire period to aid me in a lesson. “Your style of jotting down in your stories is well reflected on all of your assignments and tests. I’ll help you make them even more magnificent!”

Please, do not overstress yourself, dear abbess! Your boy would be just fine with all of your education. Her mildly stressed out voice mirrored the one of my cute, chubby faced Winnie mommy. All teachers worried nicely over their classmates, yet this one particularly showed high anxieties for a boy whose sympathies just made her 300 % cautious all the time. Could she not see how my Claws trilogy about a town in Georgia was always saved from a killer lion thanks to brave soul Kevin Timothy Arc and team was classical in any English storytelling?:

My stories have been written to pre-dict what will happen to the pro-tagonist. I should re-think a little on how I may com-pute my information for plot’s con-clusion, ex-tract even more emotions from my characters, maybe think about other real life elements as our hemi-spheres, and make as few mis-takes as possible. Always thinking long and hard about them also would ap-ply for pos-sible attire as video games, amusement park rides, dolls and action figures, more follow-ups, and any more en-joyable merchandise for especially dear fans as Jacob Jones and Trent Bekker. Cheery or un-happy, all of my moments in them must be en-gaging. Years from now, when I am a post-middle school in-dividual, all of my narratives will be loved by all. Will also give many thanks to sixth grade English caretaker who made it possible to make my spiels inter-nationally re-nowned.

A mother’s love is the sweetest touch a person can receive. Praise this enduring caregiver who loved softly hugging and tenderly cherishing her little pupil boy!!

Having more and more people exposed to my stories made me even greater in popularity. Other teachers I had who knew about it were all for it and wanted to read them as soon as possible. My structuring and story elements improved greater thanks to wise word choice, complete sentences, and lengthy pages with fun, dramatic, and clever moments in each one. Couldn’t have done it without the sweetest mentor I’d ever had! Could it have gotten any better?

Day 1 of seventh grade was when I first spoke to Mr. Potter. Focus (trimester’s version of homeroom) was an opportunity of reading any book of choice--bonus being a teacher all for it! Nice guy; just had to beware of any hectic slackers ready to wreak havoc on our students.

Though not history period (thought for sure ancient Rome would be taught by him), he was there to guide me to be a better reader, with or without academics to be involved. “I read on my agenda.”

Robert Newson was one not to be trusted with reading anything, let alone all school related things. A lady’s man he may have been, but only bimbettes would fall for him. Hated reading, failed or barely passed his subjects, and had the talents of a lazy, slimy pig in anything, except short races, though. Speaking to me in the halls without anyone else listening, “You seem to be an alright kid, Jonathan, letting me copy all of your answers in math and science. Thanks!”

You’re welcome. I think. At least he showed some respect to me in front of others. Don’t be alarmed, please! Mr. Potter made sure no one like him used my super sweet kindness to their advantage. “Robert, sit down other side of room away from Jonathan!”

Liked Newson treated me fairly, it seemed, but anyone who’d firmly and calmly stood up for me was a savior in disguise! Knew odd pupil wouldn’t have harmed me, but still loved how he gave above and beyond devotion for an innocent writer. “Mrs. Potter said you write a lot of stories. Please share any when you want to.”

Would do, guardian!

A samurai photo of him was displayed for fun one time. He looked quite the expert of swordsmanship in Japan. Someone else equipped with karate learned same techniques also several years back at 7. It was at the Karate Training Center in Farmington. “HHHEEYYAAA!”

Quite the muscular type that coach had with sister Humphrey the Owl. Cutting a wooden board wasn’t an easy task: until the fear of not succeeding was accomplished with being in the moment and patience. This Yojimbo of Dunckel’s wife had a connection to Japan. Could that master I once had been her father, cousin or uncle? Having strong interrelatedness to Asian territory and living around Farmington Hills would make it logical this mix of Snow White and Mulan actually first saw me--without either of us realizing it--as a ju-jitsu athlete. Would’ve sat by my very own cute, chubby faced Winnie! The performance publicized showed how someone kind of fat could surpass tough challenges given. Could it have inspired Kanga and Christopher getting that console and mastering stances for the Japan exported Wii?

World Heroes saga, created by me, was a 6-part adventure about myself, many buddies, and hundreds of characters from movies, shows, and games that interested me. The 19 other buddies got to be entertained by them a little before reading time and a lot more on fun day Fridays every week. Seeing well drawn artworks of myself with lots of heroic pals and “Mario,” Smosh, “Austin Powers,” and “Ed, Edd ’n Eddy” (to name a few) and picturing fighting crimes across even our galaxy were adored by all! A wee bit sad it couldn’t last forever, having to directly head to fifth hour. Upbeat certitude involving this saga, which made other daltai’s less dull or miserable, if that was ever the case, was the happy coincidence of being just like other engaging tales as “Who Framed Roget Rabbit?” and “Mary Poppins”. All consisting of animated carachtair living and breathing throughout our real, live-action universe. Mr. Christopher Robin had invigorating conversations about them with Kanga Potter of works written by another Rostopher Crobin.

The offspring of purple yellow plumber Wario and Lucille Bale, Mrs. Collins. The look plus optimism of “I Love Lucy” star and crazy, good antics of the charming schemer with pointed nose and mustache, she was a bouncy type. “O. M. G! What a fabulous PowerPoint presentation you’ve made!”

“Thanks, I think.”

That jumpy youngster, surprisingly made him rather uncomfortable. Why? “She must have something for me, you know.”

OMG! A married gal selfishly in love with someone?! What could I’ve done for help or support?! Either way, why would someone with teaching smarts want to do that, especially in front of others? Only a burly influence would make spunky girls want to do that. One relief, though, is that his nun-like wife would understand everything. But still, how to aid my science teacher to not be seduced by that negative inspiration.

Remembering the facts about my English skills, I wrote a lot about how, say, a cell is composed of cilia, nucleus, cytostome, food vacuoles, and other possible organisms to have life microscopically if not with millions to billions of others to create living things as humans. Memorizing the history of evolutions, humans and non-humans, with terms as natural selection, common descent, and speciation were equally paramount. Scoring 117 % on a test with a citizenship honor roll grade showed who to look up to for happy ways and to rightfully interact with others. Being reminded how that layabout was wrongfully swaying many, even her, she cheerfully took noticed of he who didn’t even raise his voice nor turn a single late assignment once. Bouncirific Tigger was correct to have faith in special ed Christopher Robin. Felt most proud no one would have to worry about her awkward communications being done by the wrong sorts.

There were plenty of video game characters Mrs. Potter reflected in one way or another, notably from Japan Nintendo ones. Looked JUST like lovable feeble Adeleine of “Kirby” games with naprosto similar hairdo and marvelous artistic ways with endless laskavost. Human Adeleine, who also relied on heroes for strengths, made me a little worried, but mister reminded me she’s never unprotected.

Krystal the blue, saintly fox from “Star Fox” games, even had short dark hair in almost same shape. “Such strange thought patterns...,” quoted soft-spoken blue-indigo lass.

Misses would’ve had a feel for sensing quiet, faint energies when doing Japanese discerning. Singulary with he with the skills of excellent Samurai Jack.

Plus, this cute persona eigenlijk from another Tokyo based developer, Sega, Cream the Rabbit from “Sonic”. Along with also any Winnies as Mrs. Linda Sabbota as bunny’s blue chao companion, Cheese, this yellow, orange little fella has the amazing amount of soft, cuddliness of any Reverend Mother, just enough athleticism to help herself and others in danger, and saccharine voice for everyone. Even spread tears galore for those needing tenderness when feeling alone. Cream’s mom, Vanilla, also has same qualities and equally cloying view on all things + people. All these dramatis personae and this Japan-connected gal would make even Gojira want to cherish and protect them from any human sized or giant monster attacks. Short pink puffball Kirby to size as huge as Godzilla--American Gojira name--wanting to safeguard was a total blessing when even the roughest want to defend you 24/ 7.

I was darting patiently to next period knowing she’d say hello more. Turning corner, I spotted her with, a full arm cast??! Did one of her crazy students injure her?! A tragic fall? Did some evil ninja sneak up and try to kill her (being saved by Mr. Potter)? I waited nicely for her usual hey. But I studied her agonizing facial expression, only to see an, “I’m not strong enough to joyfully interact,” look. Posed a tragic concerned face for her, letting her know someone hoped and prayed for arm to heal soon. I could’ve offered to give money of all of the hundreds of dollars in my wallet for relieve fund, but I was too shy to do even absolutely generous actions like that without relying on someone asking, “Could you please do that task for them?”

Unfortunately, I wasn’t even outgoing enough to inform anyone about what was occurring and what I wanted to accomplish.

She always waved and sweetly said hello every time we saw eye to eye. Easy to tell this guardian Angel watched over me as if I were the boy she never got to have. They would’ve struggled dearly with even one, too much for the not very huge wages almost all teachers don’t make. Soothing her bruise or, for example, my small foot muscles all pulled and stomped to death, it was ashamed neither of us would have the time to visit each other with having just enough minutes arriving to get to first hour, no chance whatsoever during daytime hours, and zip opportunities after bus time or heading straight immediately to a sports practice/ meet. A pity she didn’t even have a possibility to sub for Michael J. Fox lookalike if no other subs were able. Still thought very fondly and deeply our warm friendship would forever no matter what.

Winning Wildcat of the Week and the Principal’s Award were the biggest honors I’d earned. The mister materially aided in making them possible, most notably giving me all O’s for Outstanding. Reading English novels or casual ones as Star Wars: Boba Fett series shaped my view on sharply paying attention to every last little detail in all publications I read then and later on. AR quizzes were a breeze with how I’d learned by heart what Tamara Roxanne said in Superfudge, who was Jonas exactly in The Giver, or what particular story element was included in Judy Blume’s or whosever’s book in chapters 6 and 7. Seeing them praise people, especially when together, was more miraculous than winning beanbag contests on focus fun days; spot on perfect pair! But where was my Juliet??....

Day 1 of eighth grade had zip involvement with classes. English, focus and even history came out as more taxing with also heavier study loads.

Noticed a wave of redness on her hair; the same otherwise. Now Snow White looked like her lesser-known sister Rose Red. Her face did look sterner than when I was always having for my first ever second period. Knew about how the classes after mine were mostly despicable with problems beyond the normal amounts for any 6th grade group. “I think this course sucks!”

“You can’t make me do any schoolwork in and out of class, and never have after first trimester and onwards!”

“I’ll injure you or someone else if I have to stay in your period any longer!!”

All strange as to why every class after mine were coming out as nothing but practically all maniacs to all staff. This one was even worse than last year’s! The mood and look displayed her coping with spiteful behavior galore. Wished I was in all of her hours to comfort her, instantly reassuring Mrs. Red this always sweet buddy was by her side. Relieving for that teacher, but would’ve not have been fair for Christopher Potter. Too shy for even saying, “I hope you’re okay with everything and everyone.”

Could’ve also boosted optimism by commenting, “You got your hair done at BoRic’s, which my daddy accidentally called Bobobo’s once, didn’t you? Look neat!”

That Japanese anime, all extremely weird and random, ALWAYS. Still wouldn’t have been a surprise if they at least saw the sitcom about guys somehow doing moves as dressing up and talking like girls, and other hectic stunts. “Yes, we’re on our way to Bobob--NNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!”

My Invasion of the Road Weenies novel from ’08 had similar types of humor, this time where daddy Tigger would find comfortable. No imagery of guys and even girls using defenses as super fist of nose hair attacks or whatever. Just Weenies who ever smiled and other individuals as a mummy wanting more power. I had to overcome my fear of speaking without being asked to!

Halloween day, and all was “spooktastic” for an International Man of Mystery. Jaws, Hippy, and now Austin Powers saw the imposter Mr. Chullis this holiday, that rather sleepy/ low energized science guy right by her room. Recorded footage of a play years back was shown in his 4th hour. “And now, Mr. Chullis will brighten up this dance for all of you Wildcats!”

Impressive how one who was nervous galore from within, just being a stage actress, managed to project a loud, cheery shout in front of hundreds. Even more when it was very hard not to nicely laugh at his intentionally blond lady makeup and dress. “Are you the girl in another recording?”

Silly student; of course, you’d never know if she would be her or someone else. On Hallows Eve, he was my one day English substitute. Droopier voice: “Remember, class, science is what we study to learn how your pencils from clay and soft graphite mineral mixtures make it possible to write funny, enthralling paragraphs for your English teachers!”

Very true, Mr. Chullis!

Though not one I immediately think of when cogitare of her, one I should say she’s like is Disney’s greatest bookworm of all time, Belle. This umqeqshi had the reading interest of J. K. Rowling, tenderness of an Angel, firm and fair disciplinary to all, looked as pulchritudinous out as within, happiness everyday. But biggest of all: never ever judged anyone by their appearance. For those like me, autism isn’t a likable trait that most people want to stay away from as much as possible. Staff and almost all students may’ve dealt with it, but--totally and rightfully aggravating to me--in their minds, they wanted as little to do with me as they could. Any teacher would’ve just done the minimum amount of time needed for me: how teary! This one, unlike all others I ever had, spent way beyond the second hour to ensure my grades were swell, constantly received respect, engaged happily in good conversations, and comforted her future favorite writer. The special ed workers did their jobs they were paid to do. She who voluntarily supported me whose really fat stomach and disabled mind, voice and even face weren’t the prettiest all the way aided in Mrs. Runyan’s hour of many children. Felt beingly like a mother watching over her child with endless tlc.

Having the touch of making others, whether they’re just innocently struggling with a problem or flat out mean and angry, was a gift never taken for granted. Student, love interest, relative, stranger, casual buddy: all were dearly enthralled by Belle White. I’d compared Mr. to Prince Adam, but being horribly aggressive, crazy, violent or even hideous--that’s not him; at the very least, I can say he’s always reflected reformed Adam for Mrs.’s Prince Charming.

Battle of the Middles V commenced where all 4 middle schools sided by one while versing the other 2. Surprised she wasn’t on team Wildcat & Warner Vikings. Husband and bride winning against stuck up rival school in front of hundreds of cheerers and booers? Perfect sight for all! Seeing me, cute, chubby faced Winnie and also twin, they could spot a 100 % mute babyified infant in a teenager’s body. The poor little fella couldn’t even shout, “GO GREEN AND WHITE WILDCATS!!,” like the rest.

A teary thought it almost was, but with the cuteness of a newborn animal like Dumbo (especially cuddled up to our family’s Mrs. Jumbo), why be at all sad? We did get to cheer on he who undeniably kept advice of “not backing down from a sports event you’ll regret and get fat backing down”. She must’ve learned a lot from running before I was having her. Superlative for her!

One struggle I always hoped would never overwhelm school staff--exceptionally brightest teachers--is job lost. The economy was so unbalanced for so long many institutes would have to change or be shutdown forever. No, it couldn’t mean.... changing to a 7th and 8th only place would--oh, my word! With several grade schools also shutting down, and another middle school eliminating 6th: where would she be at?!!!

The very least I could abet was donate money of my own and encouraged every penny every other person I’d encounter could afford to contribute. Would mercifully count toward the financial troubles OED was going through. “Could you please give away any dollars and coins you can for Dunckel?”

“Want to start a charity as a Wildcat fundraiser?”

“Please get the bigger sizes for your appetite, and for how this Dairy Queen purchase will go to increasing our center of green and white learning’s revenue.”

“Here’s 50 dollars for the ’Give Money to Your Schools” funding!”

Never had I had been endlessly talkative around anybody.

A huger pleasure and guaranteed opportunity was getting to spend new English course right next door to her room. Mrs. Gould’s workshop was greater when coincidentally seeing Adeleine walking by or perfecting more her artistic anecdote skills. This student wallflower had blossomed into a radiant, thriving sunflower!

Bona-Venture was an exciting, but nerve wrecking, party. Had never done a sport requiring wearing gear that wouldn’t let me stand still at all! Nor did I even know how to move gently or quickly for 8+ hours! Would nobody teach me how to move without any apprehension?! Meghan Hurley, a former student of Potters, was thankfully there. “Just strap your skates after your feet are firmly planted in them. Then, move legs back and forth in any direction one after the other. Come join us on the dance floor, Jonathan!”

The voice of a sweetie part of an astute mind and zestful girl, I’d developed feelings for her. A lass who all around accepted kind little autistic me--couldn’t turn her down! The advice: “What’s everyone backing away for?? I have deodorant on!”

“If I invited you to my house and waited to finish my assignment of baking the entire cake when you showed up--would that make you happy and me someone who really did care about you???”

“Just as the girl wants you to always feel fine, you should do the same for her without exception.”

Time to whoo her!!

Fortunately, there was an exception where no skates was the way to go. Dance floor was the prime example, groove machine time! “Want to disco with me?”

“I’d Loved to!”

First friend I’d ever asked to get down with. Many others instantly joined. Michael Jackson’s Billie Jean played, along with other hits as Thriller. That no good probationer had his crowd of less brainy female bairn by him. At least RN and anyone by him was exceptionally nice to me, probably was too obligingly to mess with autism me. Actually out of sloth traits, he didn’t want to perform any talents anywhere because he was too lazy or claimed to be horrible at fairs. Wretched, still, the more outgoing academic leaders weren’t there to stop him if need be. The over the top clamorous tumult would’ve been too much for Mrs. Potter who felt rather uncomfortable in any clangoring environment. Softly empathetic enough to withstand rare random yelling in any classroom any day to other’s relief. Thank goodness! A little unhappy she and even teaming up with Michael J. Robin wouldn’t help her overcome also the dynamical colored moving lights. I would’ve cheered Snow White up with just giving happy waves, saying comments as, “I hope you’re having a blast!,” or ask, “Want us to entertain you with our skating and grooves?”

As luck would have it, some kids watching recorded parts of my extreme swaying on their devices. All of the nerve wrecking, aggressive throughout, and feel great movements over literally more than one hour would be seen by many, some of whom shared vids with admirable pals as the Potters. (No odd stunts from any skater or executant weirdly hitting on Megara Hurley or anyone were videotaped, thank heavens!) Backing down from a long ongoing workout without stopping for even a half second--worth it through and through for those who taught me to achieve the everlasting accomplishment!

The time had come to decide what to do with Meghan Hurley. What to tell her? How should I express my true self to she who could my Juliet? What would Mr. Potter do, and how did he go about being Prince Charming to Snow White? AHH!! THE PRESSURE!!!!!! WHAT TO DO BEFORE IT WAS TOO LATE?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could’ve asked for tips from anyone, but it was up to me to do every single part all by myself. “Be my girl, will ya now?”

“Never!”

SLAP! He had done the unthinkable! Slapping innocent, little Meg on the body was harmful! Thank goodness for the staff member who was misunderstood.

Though not liked by everyone, Mrs. Armstrong had her bright qualities. She really did aid in the student body who somehow had lots and lots more kooky pupils year after year. The institute undeniably needed an assertive, but wise, member for all who were tortured by the uncontrollable tutees. Having a doctorate from smart university Oakland after earning 3 others before showed how well she knew her tactics. If she verily was being bad, then she would’ve gone to prison long before I started middle school. Being a momma of a couple kids--along with doing activities as exceeding marathons and tender to other children--showed how she shined. All thanks to inspirers like me and the coruscating couple. You may or may not have personally known them, or me, but by just observing us and anything we did together or separately, we were role models. Everybody should do their work, treat all respectfully, be engaged in exercises and reading anything; maybe ideally with some storytelling recalling what happened to you or anyone and anything involved.

Already a bright guidance, Meg Hurley was even more fabulous when finding me in her life. Profesori enjoyed brilliant pupil no matter what and some other kids. But there were some who just despised looking at a gal too tall, too aggravating, and too loud. Not at all disabled, but how I could feel the pain! While good height for guys, not obnoxious, and more soft spoken, still had similar levels of torture for appearing different. Receiving well-earned grades for writing fluently or memorizing facts about geometry or what happened during the 1812 War were well supported for our high anxieties. Should’ve gotten 125 %, highest I’ve ever obtained, on a history assignment. A dark blonde leaning on another, tears of fear and ashamed of looking divergent were wiped away! What to do to show her how I stood out in a special way (+ maybe even give a secret nod to those who outstandingly taught me)?

“Sign up now to join the end of year talent show!”

Oh yeah, a chance to show everyone my acting talents for songs and dances! But wait... What would I perform as my farewell gig for Oliver Edward D.? Sing a song in my intone voice, possibly with sequent suit attire? Act out a scene from one of my favorite movies or TV shows? Do an altogether mute dancing sketch with partners? Or--I got it! I’d signed up to chant and dance the Elvis Presley tune Hound Dog with a group of backup dancers and chorus, with 2 of the best people I know. Buddies Jacob Jones, Jena Irene, Mrs. Surmont and Trent Bekker would love to do anything for their really nice pal. Too bad I didn’t get to do much with Schulen production of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” or “Annie”. Would’ve loved to tryout for King Presley in play named after twin, teaming up with other commendable staff as Ms. Soares. Tragic that events like cross country and track prevented me from interacting more with theatre lovers: had to understand losing weight came first. On the bright side, halting for 0 seconds even during all practice laps made it possible to get thin again. Assuredly earning an out of this world sendoff this couple was! Also, anything to put a glimmer of a snicker of Meghan’s face. Costumes of color and sparkles, plus a shiny white suit with star sunglasses and tall wig: here I come!!

“You can’t do the talent show!”

But..... But..... Now what would I do?! I ended up too booked with huge class projects as building a tower for structures class and finishing loading up for move. Would have been tickled to see both, + others, in makeup. Who wouldn’t be impressed and dazzled by VHS recorded stage character who, in and out of those tales, had pure sweetness beaming on costume and acted out exactly how she’d in real life? Felt touched happy coincidence like that made Krystal with protection of a momma made knowing that artist more worthwhile. Maybe, there was a contradictory way to show how these Potters were the special ones. At the very least, do something that would all around amaze them. HUGELY into “Frankenstein” and writing, I thought of composing my own replica of the trio films with Boris Karloff and parody “Young Frankenstein”. Basically, combined that quartet with buddies of mine as the characters. I was ideal for the sympathetic, totally different from most others, and disabled Monster. Didn’t totally get why at the time, but just feeling all innocent with ways of wanting to act calmly or at least different from everyone else gave me the urge to do so; somehow felt sympathy for also anyone who would be going through the same thought processes. My English skills had soared since 6th grade, and showing my array of knowledge of anything historical--especially the facts of all things film--would show my smarts for their teachings. Fun and fascinating to picture Jacob Jones’ creation do unusual, but understandable, strokes to people as Ygor (Jordan Treger), Inspector Eric Rujan and most notably Meghan the Bride of the Monster. “Excellent job, Jonathan!,” complimented Mr. Robin.

“You really did do a fantastic job with your storytelling, characters--loved how you made Jacob Dr. Henry Frankenstein and everyone else their parts--and especially Meghan as ‘your bride’. Marvelous short story, and have a great day!”

Did he and anyone who read it really mean they loved it? The doubt someone would give a fake opinion for something they actually hated rose through my mind. You know you can’t live to please others. Was I not the author I dreamt of becoming, let alone a big shot movie one?... Oh, how the pain of realizing your hopes and dreams are never meant to be!!! But him: he also wrote fantasies with people in real life in them or actual life events about them. Even during his middle school years. I thought Mrs. Snow Robin was the bookworm of the family! Proved to me whether he meant it or not, my story really was worth while for book lovers like them. Still somehow didn’t feel “bangy” enough.....

Final track meet had come against rival school, Power. The stadium we borrowed at a high school was filled with every row of bleachers packed. The snooty Gladiators, many of whom got to workout their muscles at a gym while no other schools didn’t, were viciously pumped. During the warmups, I took a break to drink some water. Before I could proceed with schoolwork and short, soft jogging, I spotted and overheard an unpleasant prattle. “You know you haven’t seen the last of me, Hurley!”

Newson! “Why are you here?! I thought you were expelled!”

“I am. These girls beside me will shield me from being spotted. Ain’t that right, girls?”

The bunch of ladies softly chanting aw in deep breaths, seduced by charming exterior. “We’ll hideout behind the bleachers while watching you lose. Wager is if anyone other than that retarded one wins the 400m dash, you’ll be mine!”

WHAT?!! No one abuses the innocent and gets away with it! “Don’t worry, girls, you all will join in team ups if you’d like to mess with the lousy OED Wildcats. Looking forward to mocking and abusing the one stalwart couple--2 annoying teaching employees is worse than 1--the Potters.”

NOT THE SWEETEST MOTHERLY LADY I’D MET AND PERFECT CHRISTOPHER ROBIN FIGURE! Also for Wildcat spirit, TIME TO TURN GREEN!

Sprinters lined up on all 9 lanes. Patiently, my legs pumped and arms firm in runner’s stance, “Sprinters ready? On your mark... Get set....”

BANG!!!

The speeders were off! Remember what Boris Karloff had to endeavor when having to strongly withstand heavy lifting of carrying and throwing actors for role of upstanding Monster. Athletic movements with many outtakes and that burdensome waxy makeup made it even more challenging. The conclusively sympathetic green creature in white movies had to be an inspiration! GO, GO, GO! First loop done and only 4 racers remained in front! Cool job to ally David Lett standing by to lead the cats to victory. Force skip like any Jedi! No need for viridescent colored lightsaber, but not carrying samurai inspired weapon made the speed even faster! Stern face given naturally to and away from 2 others needed to surpass! Second loop overcome with tiny decreased quickness! Collecting more endurance from most notably cheers shouting, “Do an ultra-finish like every other race!,” “Triumph like you did in tri-county meets!,” or, “Push with ultra-speed to be written in the history books!,” boosted my determination! MUST SUCCEED FOR AMAZING AUTHOR FRIENDS!! THIS IN HUMAN LYNX OF GREEN FOR THE INCREDIBLE HULK AND WHITE THE MIXER OF ALL THINGS PURE ROARED WITH PACE EXTREMELY RAPID! Even Lett couldn’t top my momentum, gave a supportive smile pleasingly. Meggie saw with tender nervousness, but calm excitement as well. No stopping until finish line!!! Running like a caracal directly heading toward fiend getting ready to hunt its pack member! All eyeing the last 3 seconds; ahead by 0.5 feet. My efforts were put to waste--GOAL! Scanning results quickly, “The blond guy won. Congrats, OED!”

On every level, VICTORY WAS MINE, AND MEGHAN + THE POTTERS!

The lasses by him really wanted to present acclaim and vamoosed from RN. Position given away when a couple coaches investigated to see who else was under benches. “I thought you were expelled. Take him away from team Dunckel and to authorities! You’ll also be forbidden to attend North Farmington High School.”

“Then where will I go soon??”

“Harrison. You’ll gradually cope with rigid Hawks and newly elected head principal Armstrong.”

“AH! WHAT?!! NOT HER, NOT FAIRLY UPTIGHT CATHY! OH, NO!!!!!!!!!”

“I love you, Jonathan!”

Hurley hugged me with forefront fully touching me. Sweat didn’t prevent Megara from secretly trying to pucker this Herculean athlete. After one minute of smothering, I limply walked around to see who else saw. On the tiers, Potters?? But why?? They didn’t have any kids. They didn’t have involvements with track. They didn’t have a lot of time hardly after school to attend club activities. Only a meaningful, pure figure would make them want to put their schedules on hold, in addition to keeping their protégé safe and secured. As if neophytes like me were their own revered children...

Too exhausted of a great deal and sweating galore, yet I still backed away from being shy on field. “Everybody, thanks a ton for perfectly excellent work!!!”

Final day in Oakland County before move to Midland. Thousands of tears from all caring employees and young ’uns. I’LL MISS ALL! The hilarious jokes and clumsiness of Jacob and Trent, face to face ardor of Meg, everyday highly social support about acting and creating stories from Mr. Burrell.... Above all, even top buddies in many classes, the inspirations to making me obtain skinny body, speak up when history group struggled dearly with 100-point project, and forever influence creating more stories were most praised. Mr. Potter had me certainly relate to someone’s own narrative creations just like mine. Though not a Winnie and no cute, chubby face, Kanga ALWAYS spread devotion beyond words. You, Mommy Winnie the queen pug, would want me to do everything kind for as many others as possible. So would mommy figure Kanga. Speaking for both, mommy would and everyday love seeing her younger Christopher Robin embrace hugely his mighty heart alongside mind of Hollywood star gent, Boris Karloff. “We’ll miss you!”

Biggest hug they had ever given their favorite author. Gently weeping with tears of saying good-bye to feel wonderful school experience. Knew why, but still: Must I’ve said farewell so soon???! Email and other social media would make fully possible our never-ending friendship. Treaded to the bus one last time, mindfully celebrating all things made possible by a sand some pottery!!
