The Dark Mission
The city of Madripoor was one of the biggest black markets of the world. I and my team was given the duty to inspect it's markets and a mission to capture the biggest criminal of New York. The city was not under the control of government either it was hidden underground and had the only secret entrance through a secret tunnel accessed by trains. I took up a disguise and a false identify of criminal Abdul Karim. I got safely into the train. But there was thorough checking of mine in the entrance. While entering the train i saw some of the gaurds capturing spy of another agency. "I am not a spy!", He was repeatedly claiming. He was taken into a corner. There was a sharp sound of bullet, he was dead. My stomach gave a burning sensation, i panicked bur it was moment of relief when I entered the train. I reached the city during midnight. It was Sunday but the city doesn't seem to care. Either day or night the city was always shinning in the rainbow colours of night light. It maybe because sunlight never reached its surface. I departed from the station, the city was glowing it's building were enormous it was no less to the city of Atlantis. I reached the main four lane Street near the central lake of the City. The lake was shining. But the Glory of Madripoor was not because of heroic deeds but because of the illegal black markets. I hurried down a narrow street and ended in a building it was my destination, the headquarters of Randers, the most wanted criminal group, notorious for selling goods at black markets. The street was dark and deserted, i hid myself near a trash can. There were a few masked members of Randers hurrying down the street, i waited then I saw the last member walking slowly to the building, his bowel movement were not under his control he was drunken. He received a blow on his face from me and fell unconsciously in the floor. I hide him in a corner and stole his mask. I wored the mask and entered the building and reached its second floor slowly. There were a band of criminal and their leader Ping Madrid, the most wanted criminal of New York. I walked into them and before I could settle myself he started, "All my friends we are here today for a special meeting. We the members of Randers are going to invade New York, for it's famous artworks. I have made contact with some cops out there also, they would not interfere with us and...", He stopped suddenly as someone came and split something in his ears. My spirits fell, that person was with the one I had made unconscious. "We had some visitors, i guess", Madrid smiled broadly than ever. "Ronald please!", His assistant in command came in and ordered the people. "Remove your masks!", He shouted. There was rush of blood in my body, my heart beat was faster than ever. I thought hard and harder than ever and I could found only one way to succeed in the mission. All stood up one by one and showed their faces. "I know who's in disguise!", I shouted. "Bring him here!', Madrid ordered his assistant. Ronald took me to him. 'who's he?", He shouted. "It's it's... it's", i paused as my voice panicked. "Loud!", He was furious and angry than ever. "It's me!", I said most savagely as I could. In the next moment my hand was at my pistol and aimed at the head of big chief. SHOT!, Madrid was dead. I broke into a run and escaped through the window. "Sir!", Cried Ronald. "Kill him!", He ordered the rest of his people. I reached the street and run with all I got, i was being chased by a dozens of people. I took out my walked Talkie and shouted, "Mission accomplished, gather arms" to my fellows. I reached to the central lake and jumped into it, i swimmed to the middle of the lake when I saw i was surrounded by Randers from all sides. "Surrender!", Cried Ronald. I smiled widely and shouted "No you should". In the next moment they were surrounded by my fellow members who were more in number and had better weapons. They ultimately had to bow down. That day was the most dangerous day of my life. I still receive some nightmares. I would choose death to a mission like that if any in future.
