Call of the siren

I woke with a starle. I keep hearing that fang song play. It was like a sooth melody that would send a leraon prey into a deep tranze. I jumped from my bed and into my closet.

I looked through the pile of clothes that littered my closet before I found a light auburn colored dress and a slightly washed jean jacket.

I ran into my bathroom doing whatever people do in the bathrooms before school. Normally I don’t remember what I’m doing half the time in the bathroom, but all I know is that at the end it looks good.

I got dressed and put in some white Nike tennis shoes and grabbed my school bag. I sluggishly walked downstairs and into the kitchen where my mom and cooking breakfast for me and my little sister.

“ good morning “ she piped up with a bright smile on her face. Due to the smile on her face I had no other choice but to smile back. Ugh I hate being happy.

“ good morning “ i said back but less happiness in my tone making moms smile slightly weaker.

“ mom, I awake “ Susan yelled running into the room but head butting the table instead making me and mom burst out laughing.

“ hey, it’s not funny “ she yelled pointing a finger at us as she removed he hand to show a table indent on her forehead.

“ oh honey I wasnt laughing at you okay “ mom said but I could tell she was holding her laugh in.

“ how am I suppose to show up at school looking like this. Brad is going to ask me out today “ Susan whined like a baby. Yes she may be eleven but she is far worst then a schools typical bitch.

“ honey surely it would go away before you get to school “ she said as she handed Susan and me a plate of food

“ this is why I need make up “ Susan said with a dramatic sigh. I rolled my eyes and started to eat my food.

Soon me and Susan were in my car as I drove her to school. She had her music blaring while I just stared at the road. The window was down making my dark brown hair sway around my shoulders.

I may be hot or cute but I’m everyone in the schools target practice. I haven’t even went one day without getting the shit beat out of me yet. Before it was annoying but soon you learn to not protest.

When we arrived at school I dropped her off before I exited my car making sure to lock it so no one could steal it. I walked inside and instantly people started to push me around.

I sigh knowing that my life was hell and there was nothing I could do or say anything about it. If I tried it would just end with me being locked in a room and baseball bats hitting me constantly.

I made it to my locker and grabbed my math books. I silently made it to the classroom and sat down in the second row. I mentally cussed myself for sitting her when Miles fucking Scott sat next to me with a evil grin on his face.

I sighed leaning back in my seat already regretting sitting here. Miles is one of my worst enemy’s. He’s the star quarterback who dates the typical school bitch: Stephanie Byil.

“ hey nerd what you looking good for, huh “ can a girl just not feel pretty for one day without getting harassed or bullied.

“ just thought I would look good today for no odd reason “ i mumbled while writing down notes. The worst thing about this is that even if miles was caught talking, be never got in fucking trouble.

“ is that sass I hear you talking pretty girl “ he asked as he grabbed my chin in his and turned so I was now looking at him

“ yes matter of fact it was now if you don’t mind removing your germ filled hands from my chin, that would be great “ who said I never talked back to my bullied. Matter of fact I would be the one to talk back while being punched in the face.

“ i guess I’ll just have to show you some respect won’t I, petty girl “ he snickered making me chuckle

“ I guess you do don’t you “ i sassed at him with a smirk when I saw him smile fall.

“ don’t test my patients with you “ he snapped. I just laughed and yanked my face from him and turned back to the teacher.

I felt his hand on my thigh and I jumped while my face went pale. Not good. Oh god so not good. I felt him squeeze his hand and my face turned into one of pain.

“ don’t like that do you “ he asked. I shook my head in no way I felt my leg starting to bruise from where he was squeezing so hard

“ and I don’t like it when you sass to me. So I guess we’re even huh?” He asked and my jaw dropped in pain.

“ fuck you “ i wheezed trying to hold my tears back. Just then the door opened and about five people walked in. But I didn’t notice since I was busy with something. But when I did look up I was met with the most piercing blue eyes I have ever met staring right back at my green eyes
