Crimson Dagger

She wasn’t always this lucky. Before she lived in the nether. Forced to fight and to become a killing machine by her aunt and uncle. Even before that, she witnessed her mother and siblings being murdered by her own father. She escaped, of course she did. Saved by a man with obsidian bird wings and a golden halo of hair, she was taken through a portal and to a brighter land where there was blue sky and not a ceiling of netherrack and instead of glowstone there hung a single large bright orb, which she soon learned was called the sun.

The man was called Philza. He had already saved a boy who was also from the Nether, his name was Technoblade, he had long pink hair, pale pink skin, red eyes and pointed ears and teeth like hers. He was obviously piglin.

As time went on, Phil had two sons, whose names were Wilbur and Tommy. Technoblade was the oldest (by a day), then it was her, then it was Wilbur (by about a month) and then Tommy was the youngest (by three years)but being the youngest, he was somewhat the most fierce. Even then, the eldest three would die to protect him. Her name was Iris, she didn’t know what she was. She had dark, maroon-coloured hair and large black wings, each feather tipped with a blood-red colour. Her eyes were a bright neon yellow that glowed in the dark; even Phil, the man who knew everything about mobs and fairiæ creatures, was confused.

Ren: The storyline is great! The author has built a rich and compelling world, I really like the elemental powers and how those apply in combat. Sometimes there are situations where I wonder why the characters don't use their powers in more practical ways outside of combat, like why doesn't Ross use his ...

Heika van Walderveen: I had to get used to the style. It’s a lot of switching and getting back into the story of the characters. Also the different timelines were a bit confusing in the beginning. But once you’re used to it, it’s really quite original. The plot is good, but it’s only book 1 (out of 3), but so far so good...
