Chapter 1
Christine Running across the misty and dark forest, full of wild animals. But that was the least of my worries . Behind me was a pack of Kakahenas( which in my language means devourers),and were craving the taste of my blood. With no sense of direction, I ran to wherever my feeble feet could carry me. My heart was in my mouth and I was starting to tire out. I tried to throw energy blasts but as I turned my head to do so,I tripped over a log that send me rolling down hill. The Kakahenas we still on my tail and I knew I couldn't outrun them,but I could hide. I tried to walk but could hardly move my left foot. I happened to roll on a monster leech, it numb my foot and I couldn't feel it so ,I had to drag myself. I came across a hut that looked like ruins of a burnt down village . I locked myself inside and held my breath, hugging my knees . I could here the Kakahenas growling viciously ready to swallow me whole. At that moment I was ready to face my fate
